So I notice a Black cap.. Opposite where the motor mounts. Is it possible this can be setup to run the motor on Either side?? Brent I know you have already looked at that, but I was curious. lol This transmission really appeals to a guy like me, with the Scx10II's I got here. Thanks for sharing
I did that ). Swapped around carbon plates, drilled grooves in the bolt holes so that countersunk screws would sit flush, turned bearings around and it works.

You may want sealed bearings unless you aren’t going to run it if it rains. If that’s the case, I recommend bringing a rig you don’t mind getting in the mud. It was a lot of fun.

You know Nick I didn't even try but I don't see why you couldn't swap sides and run it on the other side great thinking

Nice fit for sure . You can also flip the skid to put the motor more forward in the chassis seeing how you eliminated the battery tray .

It definitely cut out a lot of height. It is pretty quite for a metal gear transmission too. Mission accomplished!

40 bucks is rather steep price for something with one unsealed bearing😑
