Right now, I've been enjoying the Jovial Checkered board cookies with my tea or coffee. I ate too many yesterday :'( they were so good though. Trying to find cookies that aren't too sweet and so high calorie. Right now, I'm lowering my calorie intake because I keep eating like my bf (huge portions and much taller) LOL...

As someone just here to learn and understand another group a little more I have to ask how people who suffer from restrictive EDs can just fast for a day, or have tea for dinner. I can't even move around if I skip a meal unintentionally
Because a voice in your head becomes dissapointed in you (sometimes mad) if you eat "too much" and hunger is more bearable than that type of torment. But sometimes hunger just feels good. Hope this helps and doesnt trigger anybody.

I’m sticking to this channel 💓 I know eating disorders are delicate stuff but shouldn’t always been treated that way because you’re encouraging to not binge, eating 3 meals at day even having little snacks or something before going bed and doing exercise. I’m not saying it’s a very recomendable life style for people who don’t struggle with them but I think it’s a kind of right way that we people with ED can feel relate to and not to just get that trigger feeling making it depressing

You should watch some Linda Sun she helped me alot to get out of bad habits and showed me how to loved myself. i used to eat very little and calorie count al the time but after watching her i dont calorie count anymore and i now eat whatever i want and workout (i lost 10 pounds this way). She's also fun to watch! x

I also used to have dark chocolate before bed that I really liked, and I stopped mostly because I worried that the (probably miniscule) amount of caffeine in it would keep me up. It's ridiculous that it took 21 years for me to realize how bad hershey's chocolate is in comparison to everything else. Real dark chocolate bars are so good it's unreal. I had dark chocolate with almonds. I'd probably prefer it without almonds, but I started getting them because my sister got me a dark chocolate and almond bar for my birthday so continuity I guess

Does any one else do this? So yesterday for breakfast I had a banana, lunch, egg and three cherry tomatoes, and tea little piece of fish with tiny veg. I felt light headed so I had 8 small pieces of dried fruit and a glass of milk and feel guilty. Like I would of fainted but I feel guilty still?!
I have the same apple corer. It really helps to cut the top and bottom off of the apple before using the corer. It also helps the apple stay flat on the board.

So yesterday for breakfast I had a banana, lunch, egg and three cherry tomatoes, and tea little piece of fish with tiny veg. I felt light headed so I had 8 small pieces of dried fruit and a glass of milk and feel guilty. Like I would of fainted but I feel guilty still?!

I have the same apple corer. It really helps to cut the top and bottom off of the apple before using the corer. It also helps the apple stay flat on the board.
