Madeline always stuck out as a sore thumb to me with good kid, in a really good way. It was really different from their other songs in tone and mood and I really like it.

Madeline and pox are two slept on bangers. Normally I would skip over them on my Spotify playlist but when I listened to it while high I was able to truly appreciate them

this really resinates with me. there was this girl that i was good friends with and we eventually became a thing and we were a great couple. eventually i had to switch schools for whatever reason and we had to part ways. the reason i really cared is because it was my first and only real gf. mainly cus i cant pull or im ugly as shit but anyway i listened to this song to remind me of her whenever i thought about her on a trip or something. but now this song really has a meaning.

I found good kid when i was at my lowest. I was dumped by my girlfriend at the time and i wasnt doing to good. As the summer progressed I listened to their music all the time as i was moping around about my breakup. In may 2023 i saw them live and i almost feel like that show freed me finally from my problems of the past. Good kid is so much more tham music. Its an escape

i was lucky enough to see them perform in toronto, and it was an amazing experience! I love Madeleine and hearing the backstory about it with Jacob made me love it more! Good kid will always be my favorite band!

I first discovered Good Kid like 2 years ago, I saw them live when they was in the UK around 10 months ago and it was brilliant, everyone who reads this should see them
I come back to watch this video a lot more often than I'd like to admit. This song is beautiful, and seeing it from this perspective from the stage with all the flashlights gives me chills. I've never been so clung to a song like I've been with Madeleine before, and I've cried both the times I've heard it live, and will cry again the next time. This song is truly beautiful.

When you dropped your 3rd EP i was in a bad place mentally and your music helped me. This final track was special to me so much that I played it like 10 times that same night ❤

it always hits but with the chaos of my life right now. "madeleine who lost the earth, made it out by noon" had me sobbing.i know the intention is about losing contact with a friend, but to me that line has always felt like the character of madeleine giving up.
This was a group project that pretty much everyone there participated in and I love it.
