Sorry to be off topic but does anybody know a way to get back into an Instagram account?? I stupidly forgot the password. I appreciate any tips you can offer me
You get it brother. Blue October is so much more than music to their fans. Justin has a way of capturing emotion and putting it into music form like no other. Should definitely check out the worry list by them. Great reaction vid.
And not just the same emotions over and over, but every emotion imaginable. No matter what you're feeling or what you're going through, there's a Blue October song that you're going to relate to in that moment.
Blue October still killing it all this time. I saw them twice in concert and they are so incredible. Justin has this uncanny ability to own a crowded room full of concert goers and make you feel like he's singing directly to you only. I could sit here and tell you to try any of their songs cause they have been consistantly good their whole career. Sound of Pulling Heaven Down is a personal favorite of mine.
Blue October is such a good band. They still fly a little under the radar. Most everyone knows Hate Me, but their music since their big breakout is some of the best written, most emotional music. Justin puts everything onto paper.
Seriously bro, please keep doing Blue October, they are seriously one of the best bands from the 90’s that are still going, and yes they know how to make you feel and you can’t help but feel the passion and emotion, because the entire band uses everything to their advantage and Justin’s voice just takes it to another level. Right now, Stay with me from the new album hits me so fucking hard, or Only Lost is Found... or the way I used to love you, like honestly. The past 4 albums have been great, but this is what I live for is one of their best albums they’ve ever put out. Thank you for using your platform to give them the attention they most definitely deserve, people don’t know about them widely like a lot of bands, they’re independent and they fight every day to be the best.
I haven't even watched the full video yet, just wanted to comment about my first time seeing Blue October live. I knew that "Hate Me" was going to make me cry. Hell it made almost everyone cry when they performed it, but what I didn't expect was my reaction when they started playing "Fear". I had to hold on to my best friend who was with me to keep from dropping to my knees because I had started sobbing without even knowing why. This band will always be the best thing to have ever happened to me. It's so much more than just music.
Blue October!!!! This song is truly amazing and just wow.... i get choked up every single time i hear this song.... its just so emotional and amazing. Not too long ago my baby brother was going tru a rough time and i found this song and i cried like a baby... it reminded me of my brother and i knew he needed to listen to it. He did and it helped. Thank you Blue October, thank you Justin. P.S. you need to listen to the live acoustic version of Fear!!!!!!! Please!!!!!!!

Man, I've been watching your video reactions for a while now, but somehow I'm a moron who had no idea you react to music. This is one of my favorite songs ever, and I'm so stoked to find your reaction to it!
Blue October's lead vocalist, Justin Furstenfeld, is a musical prodigy. If you like songs that are heavy on emotion, PLEASE check out "The Feel Again (Stay)," a song about his failed attempts at reuniting his ex-wife and daughter after a grueling divorce. There's so much pain in the song, and the video makes it all the more vulnerable.
I just randomly discovered this song a few days ago on a TH-cam Music radio playlist. (It was the acoustic version, specifically). It made a subtle change to how I think about my anxiety issues, but the effects of that change were huge. It was eye-opening and cathartic... Possibly life changing. I've never had a song affect me like that. I actually didn't even want to post this comment. But when I asked myself "why not?", I couldn't think of a decent answer. That has been a recurring issue in my life. I miss out on so much of what life has to offer. Why? Because the fear says so. I never accept "because I said so" from anyone. It's just a shitty answer in almost every context. So why have I accepted that answer from the fear for soo much of my life? Being able to think of fear as its own entity, rather than as a personality trait, might be a game changer for me. If I can rewire my mind to think of fear as a bossy bystander, I think I might be able to defy it when it tells me not to do something, but can't explain itself when I ask "why not?". So fuck fear. It's telling me not to post this comment, but can't answer why. So I'm just gonna press the damn button.

Thanks Alex for a great reaction. A Meaningful, & Beautiful song. Hope the healing process is a quick and speedy one. It sucks being in a cast during summer especially. Love your mind set about everything. It's the best way to be.
Who TF could dislike this?!? I LOVE Blue October, & got to see them live in Portland, Oregon on June 22nd, 2018. It was fucking beautiful. There's no one like Justin Furstenfeld.
Love BLUE OCTOBER!!!! They're medicine too me!!!! I hope your hand feels better quick....I had to have surgery on my hand few years back after punching a door while chasing my ex into another person's apartment...😂😂 I'm thankfully over both now. 🌞🍄🌻
A lot of things can kill your body, but only fear can kill your soul. Cool thing is, when you realize you are the one who decides how much control fear has over your life, everything gets easier.
Alex, as a fellow Texan you should try Upon A Burning Body, they are a band from Texas. They have a song called Texas Bloody Money. It's metal about Texas pride.
These guys are from your own backyard saw them in 2008 at Edgefest, wasn't a real big fan at that time but through the years fell in love with them. So deep my girlfriend had showed me this song and turned out to be one of my favorite songs not just buy them.
After reacting to 'Hate Me' by Blue October, I just knew you needed to listen to 'Fear' by them next! Just to see how far the lead singer has come. He battled addiction and depression, and bettered himself. This is a message to his fans saying that we, too, can rise up and beat our depression, can beat our addictions. :) While you are on this style of music, I think you should give a listen to Stone Sour - 'Zzyzx Rd.' Corey Talor delivers. :)

It’s all pure emotion. Also they have a song called any man in America and it references Eminem and Justin’s respect for him.
Hope you heal up soon. You Me At Six - Room To Breathe (Official Music Video) Please try this one sometime. You will love the lyrics. This dude has a KILLER voice. Makes me think of Peter Gabriel. Another good one Betsy.
Ohhh, I love that song!!
@@angelamiller2577 I know right. I listen to it nearly every day.
This song helped me so much when I lost everything and my mom died. This song is so strong, I'll never forget that
Dude, there’s a live acoustic version that’s just him of this version and it brought me out of a hard time. I love this band so much. Please do more.
There's no one like Justin Furstenfeld.
live acoustic performances of this song are breathtaking
While you are on this style of music, I think you should give a listen to Stone Sour - 'Zzyzx Rd.'
Corey Talor delivers. :)
Fit for a king- deathgrip
I totally forgot about this bop 😭♥️ Blue October just hits different 👏🏻
Blue October has saved my life more times than I’d like to admit…
Blue October - into the ocean
Blue October- hard candy
Spiritbox - Blessed Be or Holly Roller
Polaris: Pray for Rain, Masochist
Dayseeker: Sleeptalk, Crooked Soul
Seriously how have neither of these bands hit your ears yet!?
Never heard of this, and I love it......

Peace...✌
This song is my go to song that I listen to when I feel like I'm in a negative space or in a dark spot. It uplifts me every single time. It literally makes me "Get Back Up". I saw them live and they were AMAZING. The band interacted with the crowd like we were family it was incredible. Justin the singer, posed so people could takw pics of him lol he would lean out into the crowd and sing with us. The band made every one of us feel like we were all a family. Justin has gone thru alot. Alex, if u haven't read up on Blue October moreso Justin Furstenfeld his story is everything from dark, depressing to uplifting and inspiring. The band is a godsend if u ask me. Thank u Alex for reviewing this song
I would love to see you react to Ashnikko. Specifically "Stupid" or "Daisy" or even "Tantrum"
♥ Love your videos, Alex! Hope your hand feels better soon!
It is medicinal! So glad you loved this!
