Just did mine 79 camaro used 70$ ebay harness truck accessories and ecm that came with motor for 450... adapter for ps pump line and flexplate spacer to retain th350 suprisingly super cheap

Did you run into a problem with the stock cross memeber and the speed engineering long tube headers ? I have the same set up. Did the factory cross memeber the same as u and headers are on the way
Yes. Easier to adjust when bolted to the engine and in the car. Swap plates you have to unbolt the motor mounts and move them. These also give you smaller adjustments if needed.

I talk about it in the video, more towards the end when I show the headers when I walk back to the car.

The only extra ones I use are for the TCC. Which I show in every swap, so yes.
