Does anyone else give backstories to regens in park to prem? Like how Ejaria and White went to school together and both got signed from the same trial Or is that just me? Great stuff as always Jack
I enjoy the transfer specials. It gives the backstory needed to become invested in the personalities and follow the team through the season. Keep it up!
I think I'd keep Thorndike. You aren't struggling financially, and there's no clear apth to replace him, or suggestion for how to use the money. With only 1 automatic promotion slot, not worth the risk of downgrading your team.
Some good signings so far. Is Jaden Heskey available to sign on loan? might be quite fun having Emile's son in your team especially if Emile can be signed as a coach.
As always with transfer dealings, on Thorndike, if the squad is better, you can afford to give up a bit of ability if you have someone with decent potential to slot in. If you don’t, then keep him around to try and get promoted, if you wrap up promotion early, he might stay, but you can make that choice then.
I signed Jack Moorhouse in a save with King’s Lynn Town, and he was a regular starter through my first season in the Prem. I kept him around until he was eligible for a testimonial, and when his contract expired at the same time I felt the save had run its course, I decided to transition the save to a Glory Hunter type, and I took him with me to PSG. He’s a legend in the universe where King’s Lynn Town wins 3 consecutive Champions Leagues from 2035-2037.
5:28 I also bought him in my old save with cliftonville, he becomes a good player if you give him time, 5:55 I bought him too, he becomes really strong, I used him as AP at
Jack Kingdon is doing a job for me in my Crewe save, regular from the subs bench in the second year of the save, league one. Got him and Kacurri both on frees.
Decided to join in the save to get me back into fm recently, 1st season finished 10th second won the league by 9 points and currently 4th in league two after 16 games, Thorndike still doing a job for be although he’s now on 3k a week 😅 some very good youth players come through one now at Sheffield united worrh 8-12m and one at Birmingham worth 6-10m both with decent sell on clauses. My main goal scorer is Jaden Williams, had on loan first season and then signed on a free scored 53 goals in 91 apps for me, not bad for a free transfer
£100k isn't that much to the club if it might make the difference between 1st and playoffs. Always the chance he'll sign for you upon promotion as well!
Honestly if Thorndike is playing games with you its time to let him go and play Moorhouse in his role , its 100k in the coffers and 50% sell on which is also a 50% off if you were to buy him back. other than the mental stats you can find players that can replace him , plus he wasn't as consistent as you'd liked him to be. id also use the money to look for a right wing back with pace given your aiming to get promoted and the new youth full back is quite the downgrade on Robinson and your tactic relied on his assists.
Is there a world where you train Hulme to play in an attacking mid role and then bring in an additional more physical b2b type of midfielder alongside the new guy?
when you're searching for players by position, definitely bump down the positional familiarity to accomplished or competent, especially if you're looking for midfielders or wing-backs who might be natural in one of the other relevant positions 👍
Think it's a no brainer... keep thorndike, if you get promoted he may accept a new deal then... if he doesn't and you get promotion he will likely end up your key player and the 100k fee you dont get is paid back to you with promotion. They my thoughts
Rule number 1 of lower leagues: Everyone is replaceable. Get rid of Thorndike. Short term you can live without him, long term someone better will come along.
Princewill Ehibhatiomhan was great for me on my save at mk dons got me up to the championship . My nickname for him was exhibitionsist because I couldn't say his name lol edit I got his brother Kelvin

Great stuff as always Jack
I love doing that! It' be great if Jack shows the background of each regen who makes it into the first team, so we can build our own headconon.
I wouldn’t be opposed to selling him and promoting the youth intake striker and playing him as DLF(S)
He’d be a banging DM in a season or two under Jacks ferocious management!
Jack Moorhouse was incredible for me in my Tranmere save, eventually making the Ireland squad and sold him on for 15mill!
I had him at Rochdale at this level, played as a BBM, got 10 goals and assists. Hes a gem.
Henry-Francis was one of the guys I got for a Bromley save. Still does a shift even in the PL several seasons later.

Loving editing Jack getting revenge for not being included in any of the live recordings 😂

A WTS transfer special, my favourite content on TH-cam 😊

Keep Thorndike. He might stay on promotion if not you'll be able to get another player as good when you get promoted.
Id keep thorndyke - its only worth selling him if you have a replacement who is better. Getting promoted is more important

Keep Thorndike. Proven in the league. Hopefully helps you get promoted then let him explore free agency.
Nathan Butler Odeyedji was a beast for me in a Maidenhead Utd save. He was still a back up player when i was in the championship
£100k isn't that much to the club if it might make the difference between 1st and playoffs. Always the chance he'll sign for you upon promotion as well!
Jack, please make the first kit their third one. It's very kit-clashy.😉

NOT ACTUALLY A BAD IDEA,, HOWEVER I THINK IS JUST IN LOVE WHITH HULME PLAYING REGISTA , THE SAME WAY HE TRAINED BUNGAARD TO PLAY REGISTA IN FJONIR
I'm guessing the Irish, Spanish and Scottish guy all have second nationalities?
Correct, I can't mistakenly sign anyone as the game is coded to cancel any bids for non-english players
Ehibatonham is really good irl his brother is also class
Robbie Cowling is the Colchester chairman 😂
Definitely had Calum Jones a few years ago.
I got the Andy White Hype, hope he has a great season and no big injuries, could be a superstar or at least a leading lower league striker
Love the new intro!
You should sign Jack Daldy :)

Seen jack young play this season for Dorking, he's been quality irl
I don't remember Sean McDonald at Rugby Town, might have been the save before that. Was it Guernsey?
Maidstone Utd legend Lucas Covolan mentioned 🙌
I'd sell him but I found that the older I got the more I cared more about the long game than immediate success.
Marcus Dackers is a beast.
The Scarborough guy would be a good replacement for Thorndike
Be careful of League 2 FFP, I just got done so bad because i didn't know about it, ive had to lose my best 4 players to appease FFP
How many seasons have you played? I cant find this team in rhe vanarama national league
The team is not a real club, view episode 1 to be caught up
you could bring in Lewis simper from Sutton for CDM
Joe mcglynn looks like fireman ed
Do not sell!
Is there any need for both transfer restrictions in the club/board vison? Surely one of them is enough?
Thats just how the game displays it as it's coded in the game

@@WorkTheSpace Okay, thanks
You gotta look at Sonny Best and Dylan Crowe surely?
Keep Thorndike, you were so close last year to the football league. £100k isn’t enough for me
Jack. If your max wage is 1.8k so MAKE IT, not 1k. That how you can see better players.
Princwells brother Kelvin plays for Reading pronounced E-hi-batchi-man
You should sign Scott pollock
Rule number 1 of lower leagues: Everyone is replaceable. Get rid of Thorndike. Short term you can live without him, long term someone better will come along.
Best part of park to prem is Jack butchering names😂
Princwills brother Kelvin plays for Reading and we just call him WiFi Password
I've been stung by Harrop in the past, he just never performs.
All those Pharrell Willams jokes make you sound like a N.E.R.D
Princewill Ehibhatiomhan was great for me on my save at mk dons got me up to the championship . My nickname for him was exhibitionsist because I couldn't say his name lol
edit I got his brother Kelvin
I'd move Thorndike on he isnt that amazing
Keep Thorndike
I remember i had Quamina in a Woking save and he was fulltime causing me bother
If Thorndike wasn't your player, would you pay £100k to get him for a year?
Arron Allen fan club :)
Day 321 of praying that another Super Mario will rise and shine in England , that he’s actually english and for Jack to actually sign him this time!
Id risk selling if it were me get rid of anyone who thinks they are above the club 😂
