forgot to mention Michael Peters was the choreographer to some od Michael Jackson's video from the Thriller album. You will see him right next to Mr Jackson on "Beat It"

A lot of the wording narrating are insult details to these wonderful actors of color... You did not post an array of the actor's famous and note worthy work and accomplishments... This is very whitewashed.
What happened to uhm dude Sister dated yhu did irrelevant characters of the movie &&how could yhu forget the mother's friend who also was an excellent actress this was poorly done
This was awesome :) I've loved the "original Sparkle" from day 1 and often wondered what many of the actors/actresses were doing these days.
