A new place which I’ve become actually obsessed with is Pizza Cult in Ubud. Amazing food, great service, such a cute venue and really affordable. Also a great place to bring your laptop and work from!

If you want to do a hot balloon ride again the one in Cappadocia, Turkey looks soooo pretty. They do flights at sunrise or sunset and the desert with all the colors is soo pretty!

First, let's talk about the ballon ride. Until you were back on the ground my heart was beating really fast. I kept saying to myself if anything happened you couldn't have edit the episode. The monkey who took the windscreen looked like he wanted to ransom it back as he was running away! There is a reason to confit duck. It helps with the tenderness and juiciness. Best meal was the last meal!

definitely think bebek tepi sawah's crispy duck is not as nice as the one from Warung Eropa restaurant nearby Ling Ling, but the sambals (especially sambal matah, the one with shallots, chili, and lemongrass) certainly makes the dish much better!

Dear my bro, im a local balinese, i would recommend "Bebek Patmoroso" tbh instead of bebek tepi sawah.. its moree flavourful, trust me, next time you go Bali, try that. enjoy your content bro, thank you, stay safe.

I know there is specialty chicken in Vietnam and Japan that is not shot with hormones to have oversized breasts. Lol! It is chewier and westerners aren’t used to it.

bebek tepi sawah well known by their traditional cooking (I forget d name) of duck instead of d fried or grill duck. I’m so not helpful😂

Bebek Tepi Sawah= Duck Beside Field. Yes guys.... Chinese style duck taste better such as roast duck, crispy duck and braised too. Duck is not easy to cook.....🙄🤣🤣

I'm not a fan of Bali. I went there last week to UBUD/Kuta and last year to Seminyak. I have food allergies so ate at limited places but found the food pricey for the portions you get. It's very small and feel it cost the same as eating out in Australia. if not more expensive. Also the meat is very lean and not plump/juicy like you pointed out. They probably don't farm animals the way western countries do and inject them with stuff to make them grow massive. The food was also very bland to me despite almost 5 star reviews for many places. My bf ate at lots of sports bars and had burgers etc which he enjoyed. There's always a large selection of drinks and alcohol but i find the food not amazing. The hot air balloon looked terrifying! I'm sure lots of people do it daily and it's somewhat safe... but you never know when one little thing goes wrong and you could be the one! Glad you guys are alive xD
Bali is a pretty conservative Hindu place. I wonder if you’ve considered dressing respectfully.
Bali is a more flexible island since most people going there is non hindu. Bali it's a tourist island but there is plenty of good food there. The food that shown in this video is a more tourist place.
