My dad told me to write some stuff in Chinese since it's like tradition of something but I ended up writing all over the latern in English since itd take me a million years to write a decent character
that 1st restaurant location is prolly at keelung because i saw port, sea and boats and it's not shark fin soup it's just some starchy soup with seafood..similar to what u mention sweet & sour soup

If you saw in the video there were fried chunks of shark meat in the soup. The kind of shark fin soup you are thinking about are usually from high end restaurants with large fins. You wont find small hole in the wall restaurants wasting the shark meat
