In 2019 the 1.7 billion dollar dam in turkey started to building up it's water resevat.
That river is the same dry up river in the video that start in turkey and go into Irak.
Could be climate change, could be that dam that's the reason why it dry up, i do not know

Babel and the Garden of Eden didn't exist at the same time. The Garden of Eden was pre-flood. Babel was post-flood. As for where it was located there really is no way to know. There was a profound change to earth's geography during and after the flood. The God Culture has a *theory* as to where the Garden of Eden was located, but there really is no way to know.
