Herb Gardening🌱 Rejuvenating our Raised Beds for Culinary & Medicinal use

Today, we are rejuvenating our raised herb garden beds with new starts and a few edible flowers for culinary & medical her use. We start with our @vego_garden garden and move on to a few fam stock tanks. Refreshing the soil with new compost, tucking in the new starts with organic @espoma Starter fertilizer to ensure they get off to a good start. Riley seeds up a tea garden from @FarmhouseTeas and Brayden tags along with a camera and support. It's a beautiful day for family time, and as a mom, it's the best time spent with my kids. It's a good thing both love the garden!

Love farmhouse teas!! I don't drink a lot of teas but the things I have tried have been so good. Beds turned out well. Always impressed that you can leave a nursery with so few plants..lol. Great cinematography at the start Brayden! Good video.

I like to plant my mint in hanging baskets near my back door. Not only does it smell delicious but it's always close for a cup or glass of tea.😊

make some raita with mint and cilantro. and biryani chicken and rice in the instant pot... from cooking with thas..amazing!!! with naan bread.. if u like indian food a must in my house and made me use more of my mint and other herbs

cilantro in full sun? Curious if it will go fast to seed or not (I had that happen when I planted cilantro fun sun, but was in the ground, not potting soil)

We plant some in a part shade area as well. This time of year we have cloud cover a lot of the time so it works out for spring only.
