      Did a pretty good job of updating an older home to a much more modern look. It was staged nicely. The foyer was huge,if i lived there,it would be a nice living room. Since the den,living room,and dining room are on the small size for such a huge house. But to get the look they wanted,it was probably unavoidable. Seems everybody wants a powder room up front and near the kitchen and utility room. Tho it's been updated the powder room off the kitchen was original. Easy access from the pool and entertaining on the gorgeous patio. Really nice home. Anyone would be fortunate to call it home.

    Just out of curiosity, how much is the electric bill on this house. Of course anybody that can own it, the electric bill is not even worth thinking about.

      You'd want to budget around $1k/month for all utilities (gas, water, electric). Don't forget insurance (~$450/month) and maintenance (~$1100/month/spring/summer/fall)

    Nope, Don't like half moon windows! The tree in the drive way moved and no staircase right when open door! Just not feeling it!
