I use to drive the kids down Buggy Lane on the way home from Wonderland as an inspiration to stay in school and study hard if they liked this life style. I have worked on one house on the street since, some are a bit dated after 25 years but this place looks good.
This home is stunning inside and out. The master suite is beautiful every room is gorgeous. The bedrooms are little small. But they are gorgeous. The kitchen is very big and bright and charming. Love love love 6 burner stove. The lower level is nice space.
Can we acknowledge the master bedroom with several rooms within , 2 bathrooms and 2 separate entrances? Ok this is MY house. MINE MINE MINE. Don’t touch. 🥰
I sure wouldn't want a nanny living on the other side of my private space. She would have to enter an exit thru all my spaces, closet, bathroom, bedroom. If I had toddler child,or two, that would be their bedroom until they got older. That way I could keep an eye an ear open at night. Then as they old enough to go into one of the other bedrooms, I would use it for a private office/ sitting room . Beautiful home
Location!! Deer Creek Golf & Country Club in North Ajax. Beautiful luxury executive estates overlooking the golf course. Homes here range from $4 million to $6.6 million. Remember, you are buying location and luxury here! Beautifully appointed residence. Great golf course. Played there numerous times.
Very beautiful home with great potential to change or add to suit a persons personal preference,take me for example, first i would totally refurnish everything except the lower level, next i wouldn't have the dining room and living-room combined, there's not enough room to me so for me that would be all livingroom area, i would turn the family room area off the kitchen into the dining room area complete with fireplace, the family can go down to the lower level where there is plenty room and the bar pool table card table etc, one of the rooms on the lower level i would convert into a exercise room, gym equipment etc, outside i would add a jacuzzi, get rid of the golf green, add a Gazebo, this last tidbit is a either or idea which is a small pond complete with tropical fish and a man made waterfall backdrop setting, OR a larger pond with ducks, and lastly a fire pit and that's it for me personally then Ahhhhh!!! lol!!, perfect! 👍
Beautiful house, but there's many downsides to the layout. There's a huge amount of wasted space first floor lobby. The second floor bedrooms are quite small except for the master. Judging for the exterior, looks like there's at least a couple rooms on top of the garage, which means hot in summer, cold in the winter.
Without a doubt they have a cleaner(s) that comes in on a regular basis to clean. The owner will probably take care of the day to day but dusting/vacuum/etc theyll have a cleaner come. It's like purchasing an expensive car. It's going to have pricey maintenance fees but if you can buy the car you can pay for the work to get done too.
The single step separation with identical floor finishes between dining and living rooms is an accident waiting to happen and is an architecture safety 101 violation.
Very Darkwood makes it look Cold and dark… especially with a white Kitchen, I see you had to put the lights on to Film, Rooms are very small especially the Dining Room, Upstairs is same level as the roof gives the upstairs No space at all. For the size of the ground the House is way too small …
Very opulent but feels a tad bit cold. No use of warm tones. Personally I don't like the North American style homes as someone who is used to European style.
