I have an idea about why Cypher doesn’t want Omen to know his identity
I think he lost his wife and daughter because they knew things Cypher told them about, but knowing this thing made them a target to the people that wanted to hurt Cypher, so they killed them instead to make him suffer. Now he has PTSD from this event, and he doesn’t want people close to him to know things he knows.
That might be why he doesn’t want to tell Omen his real identity : he doesn’t want to hurt him in some way
or maybe omen's past is too horifying and something that he does not want him to know
Or maybe if omen knew the truth he would destroy the valorant protocol because of anger and thats why viper does not want omen to now his own name

One of my favourite voicelines in whole of valorant is when Viper says "You wanted a villan, I gave you a villan" like she didn't want to be this way but the world made her into the maniac I would say she is now. She makes people suffer because of her own problems and the things she suffers from. That's one really tragic story.

maybe since she was a scientist and mayhaps a doctor for kingdom corp./ind. (i forgot which is for alpha earth), and everyone has a negative view on kingdom corp./ind. or maybe she was high up in the company and had descisive power of what went there

Here's kinda disturbing fact I notice, neon is scared of her power because she can't fully control it (unless with help of her suit) and she knows and seen what damage her powers can do to a person hence her discomfort when kj tries to examine her power carelessly
My guess for that is her output is much smaller than her production that her body can't contain all of the energy that her body is making a way to disperse it

Sage's healing probably comes from the life around her, hence why her room is filled with plantlife. it's also seen in the die for you vid

Cypher's rez voice line always gives me shivers. He has such a good voice actor.
I have a few theories as to way Cypher doesn't give Omen the information:
1: Cypher needs all the money he gets from selling information for something important and expensive. I'd assume it would have something to do with his family. Either guarding their graves, or finding a way to revive them, (Like bribing Omega Sage, or another Sage) or to store their soul in a computer so he can finally talk to them again.
2: A very common theory. That being that Cypher thinks it's better for Oman not to know what happened to him. Either because it could cause Omen to go into a rage, or hurt him some way. So him saying that the "price hasn't been paid" is scapegoat for Cypher so Omen can't pay any time soon.
3: Perhaps this "price" isn't money at all. Perhaps Cypher and Omen struck a deal. Cypher gets the info, while Omen does his part. Maybe kill someone specific, or find a way into an important place, or attach a camera or microphone inside the king's office. Who knows? It would be something Cypher can't do himself. This to me feels it fits quite well. As Jeppy says, Cypher is friends with everyone. (Except Sova) So perhaps Omen just has done fulfilled his part of the deal yet. So it's only fair for Cypher to wait for his "price" before Omen gets his.

I don’t think Viper “enjoys” killing as much as she’s angry and hurt. “I won’t lose my home again”, and back in the day she had a quote about everyone she loved dying by poison or burning I forget how it went. She also deeply cares for Omen and that’s why she’s so angry with Sage. I also just realized most Agents have really traumatic backstories
If you ever noticed, on every site you can plant the spike on, there are boxes of radianite, which makes the whole stealing radianite make sense

I don’t think so. In a email to Brim, Cypher brings up how extremely suspicious it is that Chamber has a spotless record and that he’s surprised he was able to scrub it to the point that the record is almost non existent

I have a feeling that with Cypher's dark sense of humour as a way to cope with trauma that he's probably not serious about sharing Omen's past. Probably the same reason that the other members of the VP share. Even if Omen gave him the money needed, Cypher would probably give it back to him and make an excuse.

So cypher killed his family would be a good theory, then now regrets it.

Another disturbing fact is that no one seems to notice that viper is the one that is responsible for Omen's this condition. Remember that one Omen's voice line where he says about some sort of experiment going wrong and Sabine AND him are turned into these kind of monsters but Sabine has her flesh to hide hers and Viper is too scared to tell Omen what happened to him. Viper is not a caring person so she would've told omen what happened to him if she wasn't involved in his this condition. So it's obvious that Viper is the one responsible for ruining Omen's life and if Omen knows what happened to him is done by his "friend" Sabine, he'll rip her apart and I think that's why cypher wants some sort of security from Omen in case something goes wrong.
Viper actually is the one who tried bringing omen back to normal, and she asked sage for help, and sage couldnt do it, that's why viper has this line "sage, dont fail me now like you failed me then". Viper and Omen were super close.
You are a saint for covering valorant lore. The lore is so amazing and its great to have someone present it well and in a easy to understand fashion.
For the sage thing, I think in the die for you video it showed her taking life from plants around her. So probably uses plants and animals from her surroundings, which would require quite a lot, which will probably result in some mental and moral inner struggle. Or, it could also be taken from alternate universe people. I don't know.

I think the actual source of sage’s ult is from the enemy teams that she kills as well as the orb she collects, since those are what fills up her meter as well as making sense since she does “kill” other people in order to bring her teammates back to “life”.
I’ve always wondered a few things
some of them were explained better than I ever could which is awesome! Some other things I’ve wondered about are:
1. What happened to Sova’s eye
2. Who was taken from Fade
But I think I’ve also found a kind of explanation for Cypher and Omen.
Perhaps the price to be paid could be the return of his family. He’s asked Sage about it, she knows what happened to Omen.
Perhaps the price isn’t something he needs to pay, but rather the others. He can simply use Omen as an excuse to have that price paid.
I believe sova lost his eye in confrontation with his omega double, as he was the first to go through a portal to the omega earth. This is supported by his level 9 contract card where you see him overlooking a vast snowy desert.
On top of this if there's an enemy sova, he'll say, "Sova, I spared you when we first met. I can't let you go again"
And finally, Brimstone has a voiceline saying something like, "be careful Sova, you've already lost an eye for us, that's enough"

I don't think Cypher wants any money from Omen for the information Omen wants. I think Cypher wants something different, something Omen knows or can maybe.
However, there must be a reason Omen can't say or do anything to pay Cyphers price. Probably it comes with too high of a risk of some sort.
If you look at the reaver one they are taking like essence or something from the person and putting it in the reaver knife. That's probably how they make skins.
the non rendered thing also happens when there is an fps drop. its happened so many times to me, and because its an fps drop it always stays the ENTIRE game. you can see they have no eyes, and ITS SO CREEPYYY

About the price of omen's past that cypher is talking about we know that his family is dead and so maybe he wants to communicate with them through omen to maybe get revenge on the person who killed them or something? just a theory
The x11 experiment may be a time machine and the snow might mean its near icebox which coukd explain why the ship is there and the person yoru mentions in his voicemails to brim
In the whole Cypher-Omen thing, Cypher usually is a team player, despite his shady past I honestly think he's a pretty cool guy. I don't think he would withhold information from Omen without a good reason. Perhaps Omen might have some information about Cypher's (presumably) dead wife Nora, perhaps since Omen is connected to death and the end in a mysterious way. Maybe Omen doesn't think Cypher will like what he has to say, and thus keeps that information from him, or at least is doing so until we hear his decision in lore updates.

Phoenix=Fire
(Upcoming) Mage= Water
What if a radiant with the last primary element (Earth) awoken their power in that temple and, much like Phoenix, couldn't control anything and wreaked havoc?
I don't think Sage's Jadeite is supposed to represent earth, as it would be more of a "sub element", the same way electricity is a "sub element" of fire.
2. Cypher and Omen.
I don't think Cypher is talking about money.
I believe Omen became some kind of portal to the after world, explaining why his life force disappears entirely when teleporting (Skye can't feel him anymore, he simply dies and revives on a different spot) or why he hears the voices of dead people he kill.The "price" is to bring back Nora from the dead.
Ooh, I like the theory that Cypher's price is to bring his family back.

The source of sage’s life is revealed in die for you the song, there is a scene that she takes life from plants(plus other organic beings in general: from CoFFee)
its not specifically plants but other organic beings in general
also, sage taking the life of living humans to ressurect dead teammates would be a good explanation as to why she is so limited in her ressurection and why she only ressurects her teammates.
my theory is that, she is ending someone's life to bring back the dead, and so, has restricted herself (or been restricted) to only ressurect valorant agents.
With the haven one, the columns look a lot like a real world geographical feature called the devils postpile, so maybe it wasn’t an accident at all :/

The radiant wars confuse me so much. Was it a timeline in the future or was it in a different universe? Because if it was in the future and kayo knows what happened cuz he was from the future cant he just tell someone to kill Reyna so that it never happens in the first place? And if the radiant wars never happen what does that mean for kayo? If he gets erased from the timeline that means everyone will forget him and everything he done would be reversed meaning Reyna would come back to life and start the wars again.
Also just a small nitpick but how would Reyna have convinced sage to betray brimstone or how would she have convinced Jett or Phoenix to?

I think thats supposed to be part of the question ya know. Is our universe truly headed in a different direction than the radiant wars universe? Kayo was created towards the end of the radiant wars, so the only person who would know would be him, but thats only if he was ever told. He does have some lines that imply he's willing to eliminate radiants if they step out of line, but does he know what he's looking for? what events or signs signal the beginning of the wars?

Hello Jeppy, I think I have the answer to the Lore behind the Reaver Player Cards. (If this wasnt mentioned already)
The Devs wrote an arcticle explaining the background of the Reaver Skins (first Bundle). And there they specifically told us about the lore behind the first Reaver Player Card.
They wrote: "A huge part of being VALORANT devs is listening to the community and doing what is best for you, so of course we were going to bring back Reaver. As a team, it meant an exciting chance to rework an old friend and bring it to the quality level of our other skins (we even had a little fun with the first Player Card, which depicted a group of mages summoning a revival spell to conjure something from the dead-basically, that’s us bringing back the Reaver skins)."
Keep in Mind that the Reaver Skins were included in the Beta, but not in the actual game for a long period.

So following the Lore/Storyline of the first Player Card, the second one is probably telling us that the revived Necromancer/Mage (who personified the Reaver Skins) is going into the second round (Reaver Bundle 2.0), wich means that sadly its not connected to Omen I would say.

i use to think the omen voiceline for the 1st one meant who killed that person or were the person she revived was killed (were doesnt make sense since she has to be beside them to res them which means she'd know)
With the non rendered agents, I have a bad pc, and every once in a while when it's extra awful, even after going in to the match the map textures and agents aren't rendered right, where they have no eyebrows, shadows everywhere are severely messed up, etc.
abuot the off models, i remember that 1 time i just ended up playing like that the hole match. it is pretty terrefying
chamber did it because he was jealous, because he was task to create the teleporter but failed, which you can hear a chamber voice line in breeze and this could also connect him from his e ability also connecting him why he went for the researcher that was developing the bridge, connection between alpha and omega earth. maybe.
if his motive was to sell weaponry then he would never connect him self back to kingdom because he would seriously get a massive backlash if they found out.
I like how people give Cypher crap about not telling Omen who he is, but not Viper or Sage who both also know.

Does he hear the souls she consumes or does he consumes the souls of the ones he kills?
I have a wonder about spike detonation and the Venice incident. In the Venice incident the detonation leads to a part of Venice floating up to the sky, but in game it just makes this big sort of kill radius(idk how to describe it). Why are they both different? And if the the floating up would be too hard to create in game, why put that in the cinematic?

I'm of the belief that Cypher's price isn't money, it's something else that Omen needs to give or do for Cypher. Cypher has plenty of money given the lavish safehouses he has dotted around the globe and his life as an information broker, I don't think he'd ask for something as trivial as that.

I think the "price" isnt money. Maybe Cypher told Omen to do something, and in return, he gives the information to him.

Hey y'know recently I was at the range, holding up my reaver vandal. And now I ain't doing that again after watching this video.
In the basement in the practice range, there is a part of the hallway that the game thinks it out of bounds, I'm talking about the end of the hallway that is extremely dark, to the right there is a locked door, kinda looks like somehting from an insane asylum

Hi Jeppy, I have a theory about the fade story. As you know fade leaked information about the valorant protocol because she thought they were holding someone important to her, but it turned out not to be true. it didn't work out for me how fade could believe such information without any doubt. Then I realized that maybe the one she is looking for is omen. No one knows about his past so it sounds possible for me. Of course it's just a theory so you can't take it seriously.
Viper omen and brim used to work together before the accident. Omens past is known just not by us, the players

When sage revives someone they are crystalized and come back and her crystals are actually radianite and since we arent sure if radianite can heal someone that might be where she gets her healing powers from
