One of the beauties of democracy lies in the truth that in a democratic dispensation our discussions seek not essentially to create uniformity but unity. The key difference between unity and uniformity is their acceptance of differences; when there is unity, people tend to tolerate and accept differences, but uniformity implies that everyone is alike, so there is no room for differences.

Yes, KSM, the presidential handlers don't seem to have a clue what handling their bosses must entail. But I think our leaders too have lost touch with the realities of the constituents they're leading. So wasn't the vice prez aware that the restoration of allowances they claim to have made is only in name? That the allowances weren't being paid? And that if he was going to meet student nurses or teachers they anticipation questions about the payment? If he didn't think of it then "n'adwene sua papa".

I wonder why immediately you criticise the government you are part of the opposition when it's very clear that what you are talking about in relations to the government is true. Such people don't reason, because they should not expect that everyone should think like them.
May I humbly submit that Ghana’s problem is not leadership but rather a lack of MORAL leadership. Immorality is rampant in many sections of our society and it starts in the home. It is this immorality in leadership that allows corruption to thrive and this is what allows persons in leadership to strip our country of its resources to satisfy their personal & selfish agenda at the expense of the greater good of our country. I am using the word immorality in a very specific sense here to mean a lack of a moral compass. Moral leadership is commensurate with behaviour that demonstrates superior virtues, self-discipline, and unselfishness. Moral leaders demonstrate integrity and are honest and dependable. Morality is one’s personal conviction to live out values for the greater good of society. This is what Ghana lacks and sadly education cannot give you morality. Unfortunately some of the most highly educated leaders are also the most immoral.
My brother just go straight to the point. NDC and NPP are destroying Ghana with their partisan politics. The root of all our problems are in these two parties. They come just to enrich themselves and their party members and nothing else. Let's vote them out...
What has KSM used his MIND to achieve for Ghana apart from talking?

KSM’s talking has contributed majorly to transforming our national mindset for those who care to learn. So much wisdom has emanated from KSM’s platform over the years. To me, he is a national icon who has contributed to national transformation especially of our mindset. I have been an active listener for years and the conversations from his platform has contributed to me building a successful career but again like I said initially you will only be blessed by his platform if you are humble enough to be open minded to learn.
