Absolument magnifique, au fil des années, le niveau d'Iron Mountain est devenu impressionnant. J'adore absolument le go-mai dou, aussi, vraiment un super choix.

@@redakumaproduction La qualité Taisho est vraiment magnifique, je vais essayer de m'en prendre une dès que j'en aurai les moyens ! Mais là, j'essaie d'avoir un wakibiki, une paire de kogake et une kusari obi.
La mienne est une classe Gashira, elle est en photo sur leur page facebook/instagram, elle a été postée le 27 Décembre dernier. J'ai essayé de mettre un lien mais youtube n'a pas l'air d'apprécier haha! C'est un Kuro Urushi Momonari Yokohagi Okegawa Ni-Mai Do Gusoku.
Malheureusement je suis pas Canadien, je suis en France, j'aurais adoré faire un film :(

Ok I found everything from this suit on the mian page of Iron Mountain Armory. You can order this kabuto or the entire set of armor but its not listed or shown in any of their full sets shown because its custom but you can customize every single section of the armor.You can select what colors for the armor and different colors for each piece cloth and rope and add as much extra samurai bling as you want. Once everything is selected they will make it for you and they ship world wide but not directly so you must find one of their distrubutors near you linked under find a store. The Samurai Store in the USA is mine but they have ones around the globe. My first set cost me $2000 but thats a cheap one so one like this is going to run about $3500. That is still cheap for the quality level. Thanks for adding this video.

@@redakumaproduction Will do. Its funny because Im emailing them back and forth to get all the details correct and I keep saying just make the kabuto like Red Akuma. I was happy to see you wearing your armor because it looks great displayed in a home but does not really come to life until you wear it and practice using your katana and weapons. If you have not seen the Shin Ramen Samurai commercial marketing they are doing its pretty awesome. They sponsered a few extreme sports athletes in BMX,surfing and other extreme sports wearing full Samurai armor doing their sports to promote Shin Ramen the Japanese company the invented instant noodles.
i just got the mino jacket from iron mountain and man its beautiful. Idk if you know this but IRON MOUNTAIN did all the armor and clothing for the netflix documentary called AGE OF SAMURAI. you might see some of your pieces in it lol!

I did not see this armor set or the kabuto on the Iron Mountain armory website. Is there another listing for it on another site? Im looking at the North American distributer The Samurai store so perhaps its listed on another? i just finished setting my armor set display and Im not happy with it. Then I saw this so now there is hope to get it right so if anyone knows where I can buy this please let me know.
This is à complète custom set from head to feet.. you wont find it ..but i recommand you To take your time with micheal and ask question about what piece is what and make your own 😊🙇♂️thays thé way i did it

And your previous armor I imagine will be the red one that appears a few seconds in the video, in that armor which one did you take as a base on the Iron Mountain Armory page? As much as the Armour is awesome, there is a huge element of "geekness" here. You can't wear this anywhere without getting comments of ridicule. "Hey, dude! Your mum's basement must be rough for you to need that!", etc.
You are the first one i ever heard saying that. To be honest People are mostly impress.this is not a plastic armor.this is a real one .no one laught about it .and that basement is mine i built it myself after a long life of hard work .so they can say whatever they want ..i succeded my life and doing what a want with my money..that all that matters to me..

Time to share this Red Akuma Iron Mountain Armory Samurai armor suit with new fans watching the new Shogun series and asking about the cost and options.. I know I asked this before but I cannot find our chat. IMA has different color variations of red like crimson suna,vermillion,cinnabar and many more and it looks like you have several different ones.With and without rivets plus Im color blind so which main paint colors did you select? That brass trim really adds to the kabuto look. I live in the USA so I assume the Samurai Armor Store here will have the lowest shipping cost for me.
Beautiful armor! How long did it took to be delivered to you?
Around 10 month from the start To the shipping at my home including the crafting time ..the shipping itself was 10 days or so ..

@@mr.simple4555 probably less time than me ..i went verrrrry hard on modification ..i had like 30 modification that are not even listed on the website so it took more time ..my first gashira the red one took around 6 month ..but god it worth the waiting..when you receive it it is unreal !!congrats my freind .i cant wait To see picture of it !!maybe even a video !?

1) not a single armor is the same price .mine was custom for me .but you can get armor as low as 900 usd if i remember correctly .some are more around 4000usd .it depend on the accessory and quality/grade you choose . There is 3 quality ,kashi ,gashira and taisho .this one is taisho. It is the satsuma rebelion that i customised ALOT with them .
2)all made of métal/iron. The armor itself is Around 35-39lbs .with the package and the wooden box and the stand it was around 69lbs
3) yes they all are made of métal.

There is almost 100 modification you can add to the armor that are not listed on the website .if you can have a picture of that modifications you can send it to them and they will make it happens. The best way to create your armor is with them on messenger .go on their Facebook page .they post at least 1 armor set everyday !! This is the best way to see what is possible or not !! It is called samurai armor on Facebook !

Where did you buy the armor?
If this is the Satsuma rebellion armor, how did you customize it to make it look like this. I'm thinking of the all red build which is standard to the armor on the website since I want to make it look like a Sanada samurai on the side of Nobushige during the Sieges of Osaka although I think I want minor changes here and there such as gold circles on the Haidate.
Thé way i did it is simple ..i screenshoted carefully every single pieces i wanted in the photo of the samourai armor page on Facebook and on their website..To make sure they already did it once and they know what i am talking about ..every single détail.. détails that were not in thé option on their website ..then i sent every photo To Michael thé owner To get the exact name of every single pieces i wanted ..Then i made a big big list of 32 pièces i wanted and i specified in my list thé lenght of those part and their form/shape ..i added alot(tons) of photo référence To make sure.i did alot of photoshop of the final result.thanks to that i changed my mind multiple times over some pieces.then it was time To order.. i took the satsuma one because of his legs and foreams..all the rest is gone and came from other set..it is à gomai-do way more than à satsuma because i changed the plate and the do for thé gomai style..so at that point i choose invoice option : i choosed all option availaible on the website that i wanted , and then i sent it..you now need To contact Michael on fb To tell him you made an invoice and have a tons of modifications 🤣it is now time To send him all thé parts .image .folders. photoshop.list of pièces and part .And then he Will come back with à price and some spécification..of Corse remember To choose customs size before placing the order but if there is anything michael will fix it !!but dont think they understand something that you dont spécify..go wild ..go deep on your explanation !!Michael is awesome he Will be happy To make it happen..but he needs To understand what you want so you need To go in détail..each detail you forgot Will maybe not be like you wanted ..it is à pièce of art remember !! Choosing invoice give you thé oportunity To add money when you can as you can..so you can maybe afford à bit more😊 i hope it was clear ..i do my possible i normaly speak french so..i wish you good luck for your master pièce !!cant wait To see that !!

Yes at that point it is an extention of myself , of my body and my spirit..it is the représentation of my fear, pain and hope..black and white like my life and tattoo style(i am tattoo artiste in realistic black and gray) ..with a bit of gold because life should never only be dark and...i could talk and describe it all day and still have things to say lol but thé point is , if you recognise yourself in this armor ,then it would be an honor for me To see you in the same armor !!
@@redakumaproduction wow, I cannot describe how well it has translated into design of your choice because it is truly unique although I have found the dream armor I want although I'm not sure if Iron mountain armory can do it. This is why I love armor designs that are bespoke because if you see yourself in it then that's phenomenal and a testament to how personal it is to you.
They've produced it before the Hokushin itto-ryu Hyoho designed for the Dusseldorf branch although that one had saika deer antlers . It's a Kirsitsuke-Kozane ni mai Okegawa Tosei do with green silk lacing but the only difference I want for the Wakitate is large golden horns as seen on Kuroda Nagamasas Kabuto and Fukushima Masanoris Kabuto. I'm not sure if Iron mountain armory will be able to design the horns to the size and shape and the gold finish I want even if it isn't exact like using gold leaf on the wood.
If you've seen the style of horns I'm talking about then you know however if you don't mind me in the same armor as your own then that's an absolute honor within itself for something so personal to you.
Although with yours, nothing needs to be changed and it's just so perfect
By the way, do you wear this armor with a Daisho set or with a Tachi.

hello I've seen both of your video, the red akuma and this one, I am in the process of custom ordering one myself but jus curious, I believe your red akuma on the armor sleave the cloth is artificial silk brocade correct, the black project the cloth on the armor sleeve is the heavy hemp linen, so just curious which of the two cloth is better? as in more durable and I know the silk one is more colorful and has better design compare to the heavy hemp linen as that one looks like it was made out of rice bag material but rice bag material are actually really strong and durable, pls let me know as I needed reference from someone who actually had both and can give me a good comparison between the two,, thank you in advance..
Hello my freind .yes the white linen is HA11 and thé black one is AS1 ..the black one Feel way more confortable since it is way more slim and stretchy ..but the white linen look so real and authentic and is verry verry better material.it is verry thicc and verry durable . A tiny bit less confortable but way stronger you can Feel it..so at this point it depends on your taste .I regret none of them !! Both great choice !! The artificial brocade is still really really strong. For sure there is a différence bitween gashira and taisho but the structural integrity stay the same and is verry robust !!

Hello !! I would love To give you that list but since it is the armor of my life and i took almost 6 months just designing it for myself i cannot give you those information .she is an extension of myself,of my body ..and it should be the only one in the world since every armor should be unique To his owner.that said I can tell you that there are over 17 modification that were not included on the website .i had to search in their photo Facebook(iron montain armory) and screenshot the parts i wanted and created my own mockup in photoshop with insane description of what and how i wanted. It is a 3 page document that i made and gave them for this project. Everytime i saw something i liked i asked micheal(the owner) the name and added it To my mockup and description ..i changed my mind maybe 3 time lol this is the final result..you should create your own it Will reflect who you are and you will end up verry proud!!🙇♂️🙇♂️🙇♂️ at this point this is more à gomai-do than the satsuma of this can help. I only kept the kote and sunuate from the satsuma..the do is the gomai do.all the rest is custom .i hope i at least showed you how i did it so you are able To create your own !!

What model/quality/price was it?
Hi !! It is a taisho , the satsuma rebellion is the one i took, and i customised it at the point that it is no longer a satsuma rebellion at all ..it became more or less a go-mai-do..and for the price it really depend on which customisation you choose .there are customisations for every price range .you can do whatever you want they are verry verry talented ..i saw few chest pieces (do) with engraves or even master painting on it ..there is a set for every taste !!
