  • Join us as we're able to take one of our earlier builds, Project Black Canyon, around Los Angeles and hit up a meet or two in the process. We briefly cover some of the modifications we've made to enhance its capabilities and join us as we prep to take her out for a day trip out to the Pinnacles, North of LA.
We also make a quick pit stop at an overland meet hosted by Race Service, one of our favorite creative agencies. Tag along as we explore the fascinating array of cool and innovative vehicles on display.
We love these sorts of meets as there is always ample inspiration to take and adapt into our future Revel builds.

It’s nice to see people starting the see just how good these are . We’re in the uk and we sell lots of d2s nearly all are td5s we’re starting to ship into Canda now .
It’s amazing we have a lot of customers that have new Landrover products but they love there d2s with a bit of care they’ll run for another 20years . Your finish on your cars is fantastic

I agree with what you said about the rear bumper. All the aftermarket steel options don’t fit the aesthetic of the D2

I love the look of steelies on a d2 but do you find that they vibrate at highway speeds since they aren't hubcentric?

They do look fantastic. Actually we are not feeling too much vibration at all.

wow not replacing the thermostat system in this is crazy, they're a known problem, for whatever you guys are charging, a coolant system reroute and a colder thermostat only runs about 200 bucks and makes the disco vastly more dependable on road trips, and eliminates the overheating problems that cause headgasket failures, if you've made this many projects you should know this by now, start putting inline thermostats in these please, keeps more disco's on the road, and is basically a necessity for owning one these days.

I own a 04 D2 if things are on improvement, replacing the headliner and getting rid of the overhead magazine bungee so ugly , on your D2 you should have upgraded oem roof bars that are skinny to a 04 that's bigger, also loose the cassette player radio to a modern floating radio I bought the alpine touch screen its the little details that get noticed the most , you also need to add a gullwing window or solid steal one that really raise the bar by explore glazing im planning a pair for my D2
