Fiber Talk Midweek Chat, 8-14-24

Wednesday has arrived again and we had stuff we didn’t get to two weeks ago, so consider this part II. It’s a long one. We had lots to talk about. Among the topics are our Tour de Broderie Femmes shows; Krista West’s new book “Everyday Folk;” Beth’s Dawn to Dusk progress and how she’s modified the design; showing your needlework to non-stitchers; cultural appropriation and whether it’s a thing in the needlework world; getting bogged down or never starting a project because you’re waiting for just the right thread, ground cloth, or needle; and why we’re not using all of the stash we’ve accumulated.
