I used to love a Newcastle brown back in the day, I actually switched to Guinness because it’s the only pint that does agree with me these days. Great going for a pint and bringing us along Nev. Great chat and memories
i cant get my stomach to take guinness, that i can enjoy it, but real ale or newcastle never seems to upset me, thanks for watching and the comment

I was in England many years ago and there were cans of beer with pictures of ladies on the reverse side of the cans. I still have one as a souvenier. That was a pretty sexest thing to do that would not have a place in today's society, but times are changing and women are gaining more respect, rightfully so. It was a curious thing to see though. I'm glad you enjoyed the ale. It looked good.

isn't New Castle a town or county in the UK? I smoked for 45 years I finely stopped but not before I did irreparable damage to my lungs.
Newcastle upon Tyne is city Vernon, its where the beer was made, then they sold the recipe, me and wor lass went on the vapes then she was diagnosed with emphysema thank you for watching and the comment
@@tinkeringtaylor3053 I now have sever COPD I suppose from smoking so long,, now my breathing is lousy as you might have noticed in some of my videos.. not good but we just have to do the best we can and keep on going.
@MissouriOldTimer i totally agree Vernon, do you find the warm weather affects you, as it does for wor lass she really struggles with the breathing when it's hot
@@tinkeringtaylor3053 absolutely, I have the air on in the house and in the car, colder than my wife likes, but it makes it much easier to breathe, and some days are worse than others when the humidity is high.. I have oxygen in the house but I only use it when I feel I need it, I have 3 or4 different inhalers too.
