@@OcpCommunications It only made about 100 million dollar profit, 70 million of it goes to making back the budget so really it’s only about a 30-32 million dollar profit , it will be even less if they do a sequel. I doubt they risk it and make another since it wasn’t a box office hit like it was supposed to be. Maybe it did make a lot in merchandise and toys but it honestly barely made anything that would make a company confident in making another one. If it was a 250 million dollar box office number than we would be talking about a sequel.
It actually made over 100 million alone in US and Canada ticket sales. So it made that profit plus a chunk of overseas profit. And this even isn't considering the cash it made with merchandising and toy sales. A sequel was already confirmed. And they make sequels all the time lately if a film just makes enough of a profit to do another one. Especially in an already pre-established franchise. It doesn't have to be a mega hit to warrant another entry. Plus these animated films are cheaper to make than live action and quicker. So it makes it even more likely so it can fill a slot on a studio's release schedule.
We all Agree that this film is A Miserable Pile of Sewer Shit. But It’s not Jackie Chan’s fault. Cause He was told by the Studios and Seth Rogen’s Überweed Jokes of Stupidity. Great Rant Btw

I could care less what the rotten tomatoes scores are. They gave the 1990 film a 42 percent. They also gave Ghostbusters(2016) a positive rating as well and one higher than Ghostbusters II. RT critics also gave the 2014 RoboCop remake a higher rating than RoboCop 2. All three Creed films also have higher ratings than Rocky IV. Cobra also has an 18 percent. Predator 2 has a lower rating than Predators, AVP, The Predator and Prey. I could go on and on about how unreliable these so called critic scores are in my eyes. They can disagree with me all they want to. That doesn't make my critiques any less valid. To me this is not even remotely close to a 97 percent quality film. Or even a quality film in the first place. Not with writing this bad.
@@OcpCommunications Rotten Tomatoes is an unreliable website. You said so yourself once. I go by Metacritic. They're much more reliable. Furthermore, it's just your opinion. That's all. It's not a fact.
I never argued my opinion is fact and metacritic has the same issues. Nearly all of the films I listed here get similar ratings. Or worse Metacritic says that Predator(1987) is worse than Predators, The Predator and Prey. The only opinion that carries any real weight to me personally is your own. That's the one that matters the most. Whether some random consensus of "critics" online disagree or they agree simply should not matter. You matter. Because otherwise people just agree or disagree with a small group of people despite there being so many more people in this world with different tastes and overall opinions of entertainment. Their opinions aren't facts either. Even though they have a percentage next to it.
I'm just sticking with the first 2 90s movies, the underated 2003 series, the mirage comics.

I doubt they risk it and make another since it wasn’t a box office hit like it was supposed to be. Maybe it did make a lot in merchandise and toys but it honestly barely made anything that would make a company confident in making another one. If it was a 250 million dollar box office number than we would be talking about a sequel.
@@QuentinLassiter They confirmed a sequel and Paramount+ cartoon series.
@@michaelmenei5403 prepare for it too fail, another tmnt movie and series is just overkill at this point
TH-cam didn't fucken notifi me you uploaded this rant
Awesome review Mike, keep up the great work!
If he dosent have a brooklyn accent it aint raphael
Honestly thought you were too generous to the voice cast. Besides Paul Rudd being Paul Rudd it was forgettable
We all Agree that this film is A Miserable Pile of Sewer Shit.
But It’s not Jackie Chan’s fault.
Cause He was told by the Studios and Seth Rogen’s Überweed Jokes of Stupidity.
Great Rant Btw
I knew to stay far away when they brought on the "dude, weed" idiot as a producer
This movie I gonna be dated real quickly in 10 years kids won't even know what they are even saying with all the trendy talk
It should have been called Child Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Tik-Tok Movie. It's cringe-worthy and unfunny.
What's crazy about that is that there is an alternate logo for this called Ninja Turtles: Teenage Years.
@@OcpCommunications I know right. Plus, the animation and art style also looks like someone tried to combine Into the Spider-Verse with a Klasky-Csupo cartoon. But failed miserably.
Agree
Definitely tmnt mutant mayhem stinks original tmnt movies are better
I feel like secret of the ooze was the last good movie
Paramount and Nickelodeon should sell the rights back to New Line
good rant
I hate to say this, Mike, but professional critics all seem to disagree with you. In fact, it's probably the best-reviewed TMNT film to date.
I’ll stick to the 1990 classic
