Can I suggest that you also upload the full vod including the cooking as an unlisted video and then you can link it in the description? It can be helpful to people like me running it myself to see your thought processes for cooking (more so in a few parts time for tougher battles).

I think the livesplit timer is actually good for youtube videos, it easily conveys just how long a run has been going on
