    Hi Rachel, thank you so much for yet another very informative video. I have one question regarding twists. When I was pregnant I was told not to do twists in the yoga class, something to do with compression, I can’t remember exactly. What are your thoughts on that?

      Excellent question! Generally speaking it’s best not to do things that will squish the baby. This will include laying on your belly, or doing things like deep twists where you compress the abdominal region. So that’s the general idea. But I think it’s still nice to do twists in the upper back and to mobilize the shoulders. Does that make sense to you too?
