When you talked about the calories in that egg mayo tea sandwich, I was floored! I never thought it was that many calories in those things. That's insane but just like you said, it's not something that you do everyday & you only live once. Thanks for all of your wonderful videos. I truly enjoy your content!

Brioche is my favorite bun - french, the only ouch is the pound(s) of butter that goes in the preparation of the dough.

Did you like the lemon posset? How is the texture? I never tried it in UK, and of course we do not have it in US. At L22 its a fantastic price for all you get. So glad to travel with you and eat vicariously through you! While in the process of loosing weight on a diet.
Welcome back to Wanderland! Lemon posset is gorgeous and tart, yet sweet - consistency like a thick pudding- This afternoon tea was a complete diamond in the rough! The plus point is that it’s even within walking distance to my home 😁 Oh yes- loosing weight …. tee hee💕✨🫖🐰
That tea tower looked so pretty! I know Reading. There was a big bookshop there near the train station and center of town.
My relatives live in Henley- on Thames. So Reading is nearby.
