omggg the fizz looks so gorgeous!! I have to go there now, it looks so beautiful and like they make delicious food and tea ! Thank you for taking us with you. I also love your dress !
Had our traditional family gathering get-together at the Christmas Afternoon Tea at The Ritz this afternoon, have done for years. Always loved it. But, today in the smaller, basement room was nice/notquitenice. Not as expected. Why ??? Asked for more brioche rolls following the usual (but as expected) delicious sandwiches served as before. After twenty long mins of hungry waiting asked another member of staff and the said equiloverly rolls arrived a short time later. Not complaining but with under par service this time maybe time to try the myriad of competitors next time. Thankyou/NOTthank youTheRItz
Love your hat! And this all looks beyond amazing! You’ve filmed this and edited it so well!! Looks like a little add for the place! It’s so fancy in there! Feel like I’d be so out of place lol! The service sounds so incredible!
My uncle Sir Algood Stickapopple visited for afternoon tea and buns bringing his bulldog on a leash,,!!!well as soon as Lady Fernhill arrived with her Pet Alsation all hell broke loose, the help were unable to separate the pair,Dickie sporran hit the turf and Fernhills decolletage appeared beyond control shuddering violently,,I'd rate the debacle a 0/10 ! Certainly a shocking sight, afternoon tea has been cancelled for future reference, incidentally,Poor Ole Dickie was barred for life, his afternoon liaisons now must take place with the muck savages in the Billington,. ghastly I say ,Ghastly !!
Yeah small portion of the pastries - we got given 3, but there was one both me and my friend didn’t enjoy. I would’ve probably appreciated more pastries and less sandwiches personally!
This is surprising as I went a few days ago and they gave us an extra plate of cakes and sandwiches once they started getting low. They also offered us a slice of cake from the larger cakes they had available and scones served warm. We couldn't eat it all so they boxed alot of it in a bag for us to take away.
Please boycott the Ritz: it is owned by the dictatorial family from Qatar. Apart from all the classics (no freedom of speech, no free press, tortures…), LGBT people are persecuted and women are second class citizens. If all that is not enough, migrant workers from poor asian countries (Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, India…) work there in near-slavery conditions , specially during the construction of the infrastructures of the recent football cup. Give your money to someone else. Javi Caballero (Spain).

Hmm looks like a very small portion of patassariues. As shown on the pictures advertised there is 3 of each but they only gave you 2 each?

If you're inside an eating establishment it's polite to take your hat off
The food has to be top rated.
If not, it is a pass.
I agree!! I've bumped it down to 7.5 and the more afternoon teas I do the more I want to bump it down to 7 because of the food!
