Should I tape my pin handles? If so, what type of tape?

Electric tape, start at the bottom by the knob.

I have pretty small hands and some heavier pins. It keeps smushing my ring finger and I open all four fingers

Work on wrist flexibility. Make slower higher throws. give with your hands when you catch. I hope this helps.
