    Kakagawa ko lang neto and I'm so glad ito sinundan ko out of all the other yema cakes na nakita kong available sa you tube. This is more light and fluffy at not too sweet. Nakagawa ako ng 8 cakes dun sa 1/2 recipe using small llaneras which is better lalo na kung for business ito. Mas masarap din sya lalo na pag tumatagal at nasa ref. Medjo natatapangan lang ako konti dun sa 1 tsp na orange juice. Maybe next time 1/2 tsp gagamitin ko. BTW, best na lutuin agad ito kc ung last 1/4 sa mixture ko, after steaming it, nag shrink at tumigas ung gitna (maybe because nawala na ung hanging from the egg whites? Lol) Overall, ito na ang aking go-to recipe for a Yema Cake. My son loved it, too! Thanks for sharing the recipe. 😊

      @@fhaoturadji5096 1 cup po tas dagdagan mo nlng ng ilang kutsara. Basta 3/4 lang ng buong llanera ang ilagay na batter para kumasya sa microwaveable na plastic container. Pag masyado madami kc, tataas pa yan mahirap na isara ung lalagyan..

    Wow grabe!!!.... ang sarap ng nagawa ko.. i cut all the ingredients into half kasi balak ko tikim tikim lng.. sa molder ng puto ko nilagay yung malaki.. pra yema cupcake ang dating.. super amazing sa half nakagawa ako 30 cupcakes.. d ko pinuno ang molder 3/4 lng... yung yema spread ko ang dami daming sobra..kaya nilagyan ko nlng ng filling ang mga cupcakes...may konting problema lng..nagshrink yung bottom nya..prang kutsinta..pero ang ibabaw naman sobrang soft and fluffy.. okay parin lasa kahit ganun ang bottom..ang dating para lng xang may crust sa bottom.. binenta ko nlng ang iba kasi d maubos.. thanks po for the recipe.. 170 pesos lng nagastos ko sa ingredients approximately.. pero ang dami talagang sobra sa yema kahit na kinalahati ko lahat ng ingredients for the yema.. d ko pa natry gumawa ulit... ANO PO BA GAGAWIN PARA DI MAGSHRINK ANG BOTTOM??.. tingin ko ang water at powdered juice ang dahilan..itry ko kaya nxt time na wala na lang tubig.. powdered orange juice nlng kaya.. tama ba idea ko or mali??.. nagbasa ako ng comments baka makita ko sagot..eh walang kasagotan..please mind me po.

    I tried making it kanina for my business at suuuuuper sarapppp!!! The cake is so fluffy at parang baked siya. Super nagustuhan ng angkan ko yung lasa hihi. This is going to be the recipe for my business. I made 5 large ilaneras from the 1/2 recipe. 10/10 for this! Thank youuuu ❤

    Gumawa ang ate ko nito at ngayon ay nainenegosyo na niya. Mabuti at itong recipe mo ang sinundan niya. Sad to say first try niya palang, mejo natagalan bago niya nasteam yung ibang cake dahil sa kulang ang lanera kaya naging puding ang iba. Ngayon gamay na niya paggawa. Thanks for your recipe 😊

      Masarap din po kinalabasan ng sakin. Pero yung cake po sumablay ako. Parang naging puding ilalim ng cake ko tas fluffy sa ibabaw. Ano po kayang mali sa nagawa ko?

      @@kentbryandelacruz6970 minsan ganyan din saken lalo na nung nagsisimula plang aq, nag trial and error din aq feeling q sa meringue yan kpag hnd maganda ung pagkakagawa mo ung ilalim niya bumabalik sa pagka eggwhite.. kaya dapat maganda din ung gmit mo na mixer.. or qng hnd nmn add time ka sa pag gawa ng meringue..

    Kttpus q lng po gumawa ng yema cake nio using ng half recipe nio..now po kumakain ako at tinitikman q..grabe ang srap nia..ndi matapang ung lasa nia at ung tamis ng frosting saktong sakto lng ndi nkkaumay..ntutuwa po ako kc pede ko n cia gawin pngbusiness..and xmpre po pagmy occasion sa bahay..sobrng thankfuk po ako at nkita q tong vid na to..1st tym q lng din po gumawa ng yema cake using ur half recipe..thanks po godbless😘😇☺

      Hello po! Ano po ginamit mo for the half recipe? APF po ba or cake flour? Gusto ko kasi try yung half recipe pero yung sa description po kasi is (1 cup APF replace with 1 tbsp of cornstarch)

    I think we must dissolve first the cornstarch so that we can make sure that there's no lump. This recipe is indeed great :)

    Hello po mortar and pastry! Kakatapos ko lang gumawa netong recipe na 'to. Masarap and malambot siya. Kaso ganon po ba talaga yung lasa niya is lasang lasa mo yung itlog niya, but i follow the recipe and step dun sa half recipe niya. Medyo nacurious lang ako dun sa lasa pero over all masarap siya sakto lang yung tamis nung pinaka cake niya lalo na kapag nilagyan nung yema sauce. Thumbs up sa recipe na to! Sana more recipe pa about no bake. Wala kasi akong oven sa bahay. Hehehe 😅😅

    At first I was hesitant to do this, bcuz of 8 egg whites in. Meringue but thanks God I choose your recipe!Its perfect..so soft and fluffy not so sweet!!Highly recommended!👍👍👍

      use canola oil po o kung yung oil na gamit natutulog pag nilagay sa ref titigas din yung cake mo.. dapat nakakahon din o nakalagay sa lagayan yung cake hindi dapat nakaexpose para hindi magdry out

    I tried this one. The orange juice was fresh 100% and was a bit strong but when you add the yema frosting, it was really yummy. And the sponge was melting inside your mouth.

    I tried this recipe! Ang sarap, bet na bet ng kapatid ko and me! And also hindi sayan yung egg whites! Nagamit lahat ng 8 egg whites unlike sa iba na may nasasayang.

    Kakagawa kolng po nito ngayon and it turns out perfect ang ginawa ko po binake ko siya kung I bebake niyo siyaake sure na ung temperature is nasa 160 or 150 celcius lng wag niyong hayaan na magkaroon ng browning sa taas kasi para sakin ma's fluffu siya kung light lng kulay niya katulad nung sa kaniya light lng sarAp po ng kinalabasan

Brown and may dumidikit parin balutan niyo lng po ng aluminum foil ung ibabaw or hinaan niyo po ung temp ng oven

    I try this recipe, na perfect ko ung pag gawa ko ng chiffon cake, kahit kaldero na may asin gamit ko sana mtry ko rin ung steamer kung mganda din kakalbasan. Pero ung sa yema frosting ndi ko pa na try gamit.

      Hi! Yes 1 tsp powdered orange juice dissolved in half cup water or half cup if talagang orange juice ang gagamitin like del monte or minute maid :) Tang ang gamit ko dissolved in water

      Hello! Thanks for your feedback! Next time you can try to fold in the meringue (soft peak) as fast as you can pero gently padin so as not to pop the air we created. Pwede din naman beat the meringue on high speed until stiff peak and you can fold slowly and gently. Also, pagka-off ng apoy you can leave them sa steamer for about 5 minutes bago tanggalin para mas ma-stabilize yung chiffon at hindi bumagsak sa sudden temperature change. Alalay lang din sa apoy medium to low heat for even cooking, para hindi bumagsak at maging dense. Hope this helps! :)

      Hi! Full recipe yung nasa video makakagawa ka ng 11-12 medium sized llanera cake. Sakto lang din yung yema sauce non for 12 cakes. Yung written recipe sa description box is half of the recipe lang which will yield 5-6 llanera. Kung gusto mo i-try mo muna sa small batch. Nilalagay ko yan sa 750mL na microwavable container at binebenta ko ng 85php each with label and ribbon. Mabenta siya lalo na nung pasko pati sa mga resellers. Hope this helps.       Hello! Pwede naman yun nga lang nababawasan yung pagka-fluffy ng cake kasi mabilis magdeflate yung meringue pag hinalo na sa batter. Pwede ka gumamit ng 2 teaspoon of lemon juice or vinegar for every 1 teaspoon cream of tartar needed as stabilizer sa egg white as substitute. I hope this helps. Thanks for watching Miki!     Chef ilan mins ba need i beat ang egg whites, kubg APF 1 cup + 1 tbsp cornstarch ang need. Kc chef 1 cup flour ang gamit ko, tas minsan nahuhukay sya sa gitna, minsan kc pagkatapos ko i cut and fold bumubula sya. Minsan naman maganda pagkagawa. San kaya ako may mali.minsan may part na tumigas at nagshrink
