    PATTERN INCLUDED BELOW!
    It was 3 AM and I couldn’t sleep so I thought it was a great time to finish crocheting my blanket made with Lions Brand Mandela yarn. I think the blanket and itself and the stitching turned out beautiful, but the way the colors blended on the last third of the blanket I’m disappointed with. There is always a bit of gamble when selecting yarn. You crocheters and knitters know what I’m talking about!
    But on the upswing, my daughter loves it and immediately adopted it!

    Crochet Pattern - Crosshatch Blanket/Shawl Pattern
    (multiple of 7 chs, customizable size)
    Row 1: 2 dc in 3rd ch from hook, skip next 3 chs, sc in next chain, * ch 3, dc in next 3 chs, skip next 3 chs, sc in next ch; repeat from * across
    Row 2: (right side) - ch 3, turn; 2 dc in first sc, * skip next 3 dc, sc in top of next ch-3, ch 3, dc in next 2 chs and in next sc; repeat from * across to last 3 sts, skip next 2 dc, sc in top of turning ch.
    Repeat Row 2 for pattern
