My grandparents worked physically hard. My grandma used to cook everything from scratch. It was amazing. That was before we left Kentucky and anytime I would go back to visit while she was still around. I couldn’t wait for some of her tenderloin and fried chicken and all the great southern foods. And there’s nobody’s green beans that can touch my grandma’s. I do not know exactly what she seasoned them with, but they were magnificent My mom always thanked God all the time as did my grandma her mom and my dad was more quiet about it, but he was always reading the Bible and studying the word.. my grandma had her Bible out and was dressed for church when she had the stroke that sent her into a nursing facility. I believe she was 90 years old. I need and want to be much more like those family members. God bless you. I love your content. You’re so real and so nice.
I use to drink Elderberry with the real small dried berries when I worked the COVID unit, I stayed well.God sent from Earth. We would all share the berries to keep one another's immune system up.
I used to work for a team of osteopathic physicians, and they swore by elderberry syrup, a good probiotic, and essential oils to cleanse the air. You're sharing valuable, life-changing information!
@@lushonnasuccesssystems they really were amazing. Pharma sales reps weren't especially fond of them, because they wanted to exhaust natural and preventive measures, BEFORE prescribing pharmaceuticals. But, I've never seen patients so happy with their doctors!
😂 loved it ❤️ Its true we definitely pick up the habits growing up good and bad and later on in life we work on the ones we want to change. The same with the food habits, we dont realise it sometimes until its too late. I always thought Quinoa was carbs 😊 but never tired that combination and will give it a try.
