This one is a keeper!! 👌🏻❤👌🏻Warmest greetings from South Africa. 🇿🇦😊
The greatest porch ever!
Lovely! Still need a garage.
Thank you for including the dimensions.
Very beautiful.
This house has many features that I like, but there are a few of things I'd want changed. I'd remove the grease-catching stone edifice at the kitchen stove, and I'd change the sight lines for the bathroom - perhaps stagger the doors a bit. With a fireplace outside, I'd forego the one inside. The only place to serve your guests is at an extension of the kitchen counter. It's made to look different, but it is what it is. Although there are two exits, neither is into the back yard. These are all details that could be altered easily; the overall plan is a good one.
Good analysis!
Beautiful design!
thank you ^^
Beautiful layout. Perfect in every way.
❤❤❤❤
Perfect! Thank you. When I win the lottery and the world settles down.........
:)))
Very beautiful! I just wish the space where the sofa was at was long enough for me to lay down and watch TV. I suppose I could move the couch to a different location
Amazing!
I like the window seat in the bedroom.
I wonder why there are mixed roofs, on shingle and one appears to be metal?
I am not a fan of the extended table attached to the kitchen counter. It seems to occupy a lot of space in the room.
I also question the continued use of bathtubs in smaller houses. We don’t use our tub. It would make the bathroom feel more spacious and practical to have a walk-in shower.
Love the cabin! It may have just become my new dream. The rustic craftsman style - swoon! The interplay of indoor and outdoor spaces - lovely! The video itself is very well done, with good pacing, and the music selection is absolutely perfect!
There is one big change that is very much needed - the living room really needs to be larger. My thought is to shrink the porch and expand the living room, by moving the fireplace wall outward.
(Were you thinking that it would be cool to have indoor and outdoor living areas equally sized? I get it, but because the indoor living room is serving as circulation for the whole house and that takes up its space, it has very little space left for seating. The indoor living room thus needs that extra gross area if you want the indoor and outdoor seating areas to be equivalent.)
There are some other, more minor changes I'd make, such as a having table instead of the lower level of the kitchen penninsula.
Overall, though, this house is a favorite now!
Love the fire place and kitchen ❤❤❤
beautiful house
Preciosa ❤
❤❤❤❤
Love the design and the music. Where can the music be obtained?
good job!
It's a beautiful cabin. However, seems like there's a lot more living space on the porch, than inside the house itself.
Perfection! Love it!👏👏👏👍🤩😊 2:26
Nice 2 BR, 1.5 bath 1419 sq ft home with an open floor plan I love! It was going to my “save” video for a possible future 2nd look until I realized that the only 2 points of egress were both located in the living room. Please consider a redo on this one adding a covered deck to each of the bedrooms with a single door in one or both of the rooms. For now, it’s unlikely I would build this as it is. Truthfully, I would prefer a rear door as well for grilling outdoors, but this home couldn’t accommodate that. Maybe I could grill on the side deck?
Preciosa
I live where there is 5 months of frigid winter. The deck is lovely, but to me, not worth the sacrifice of livingroom space and a back door for egress.
A butterfly chair in the living room?? No one past 12 wants to sit in those things. A pin up lamp above the other end of the sofa would be nice if someone wants to read. And l think people can find the pantry without the sign. Otherwise, very nice!
What’s with the lights over the dining board? Who thought that was a good idea? Kinda small living area by the huge fireplace. I see the potential but shrink the outdoor area and enlarge the interior living space.
So three people can sit in the living room? The person that designs these plans must have no friends or family. Not even enough room for a full size couch to lay on in the living room. Apparently, the designers don't consider how people actually live.
I thought similarly! The outside living space is bigger than the inside. Cute layout, but not practical. And there’s so little storage in these designs - I mean, not even bathroom cabinets, etc. Probably exclusively AI designs.
An L shaped sofa with no cabinet that’s right past the door entry area in foyer would help. I thought the same thing too at first.
Can you not imagine a space with different furnishings?
@@user-sm3vr7ds5p Uh, easy champ!
@@user-sm3vr7ds5p , it’s not just being open-minded about the furnishings. Look at how tight those rooms are. No one would be able to walk behind the dining room chairs if someone were sitting in them.
