It is lovely!!! The dryer needs to vent out through an exterior wall but with a few tweaks to bathrooms, closets and laundry, all could be accomplished. Love it.
This plan covers most of the bases. Although there is a place to hang your coat near the entry, a small foyer with closet would be better. And once inside, there is a straight visual view into the bathroom. Not deal breakers, but just food for thought on your next plan.

With that much room in the kitchen why would you have such a small island
I like but would need a couple tweets.
Perfect open concept lay out. What’s in the fold out closet on the left just past the laundry room? And I’m assuming the closet in the kitchen is a pantry? I was expecting a loft in this home. I go back & forth on 2 vs 3 bedroom and have decided a 3rd bedroom and bathroom in a loft is the perfect place to go so family can comfortably visit more often (hotels aren’t cheap!).

Stay in your downstairs master and send the visiting family upstairs so that you don't have to deal with stairs every day.
@@Bobrogers99 Yes, but I need room to sleep 4 grands and parents too. 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs, one down.
@@Bobrogers99 I actually prefer going up and down stairs, it’s such good exercise. So with a loft, I can use the stairs and still sleep downstairs.

This home has a gorgeous exterior. I love everything about it. I love the fireplace you picked. The placement of the furniture in l.r. is off, couch should be directly opposite and then fill in the two side chairs. The kitchen sink is impressive, just wish it wasn't porcelain. The placement of microwave/dishwasher cabinet and pantry cabinet should be swapped so that the dishwasher is closer to sink which is more natural and can be scraped and rinsed prior to loaded. The bathrooms need windows or better windows. But it is a beautiful home.
