    Hi! I really love your videos doing all the workout challenge. I'm just about to start doing chloe ting workouts, but not sure which one has better impact. Currently considering either summer shred challenge or get abs challenge. Any advice on this? Thanks in advance! ❤

      I’m not jiayiii but I’m currently doing the 2019 abs workout program and I did the Summer Shred before this - since the Summer Shred one is 28 days it will overall put you in better shape if you commit but the abs program you can see results somewhat quickly so honestly both are great, whatever you feel up to :)

    Can you tell me a thing? Today was my first day pf Chloe thing challenge full body shred 2023 . But i couldn't do more then 15 minutes. Is it bad? I mean were you able to complete on first day. Bcz I'm feeling kinda sad but can't even move my finger plus I have to study bcz of exam. Just plz tell me is it fine if I didn't complete on 1st day.

      It's okay if uu weren't able to complete in the first few days. It's not abt completing ur workouts, it's abt the progress and abt getting stronger day by day. It's okay to take rests in between as well.

    In Chloe two shred
    I gotta confirm that in that shred we do that weight loss+abs workout?
    Because when i tried i was even able to complete weight loss one loss 😂 as she repeated all again

      follow her website for your goal. she has all the videos listed there as per your goal. most of the exercises are variations of the same workout so you can follow any of the workout challenge. the only difference you will find is some are beginner friendly and others are high intensity for experienced folks. follow beginner friendly challenges. she has them too in her website.
