Great piece of advice ❣️
I always wonder why cookware stores and sellers, especially Indian sellers stick their brand sticker inside the tumbler. Ask any household lady or gent, they will tell you how painful is to remove the sticker and remaining glue from the pot. It is very frustrating. If you look at manufacturers from Italy or France or german (Ruffoni/LeCreuset / Fissler), they laser etch their brand and logo outside on to the metal or will have only stickers that can be peeled off very easily. Laser etching is not expensive at all.
Could you please make the following design changes in your Kadai:
1) Look at the handles at both ends, they are placed inwards or towards the cooking area at almost 90 degree instead of away (35 to 40 degree angle) from the heat. and Loop is relatively thin / narrow
2) Also, the handles are directly welded instead of a method called "screw welding" and there is no heat chokes, its is just a loop. This will make the handle as hot as the pan itself and if you redesign it with screw welding with heat chokes, handle will always be only 50% or less hot than pan.
3) Also you should not make it super smooth outside as it prevents heat from spreading evenly and also retain the heat, rather keep it very lightly perforated. This will improve the efficiency of cooking.
Seriously, It would be worth if you hire a known cookware designer if you intend to become a serious brand in future. You have the potential to make it well known lifestyle brand from India rather than being a cookware shop.
Hello, I want to buy your Bronze Kadai/Cheenachatti (10 inch,2.75L). Can you please confirm does your Bronze kadai mixed with copper, tin and zinc? or It is mixed with copper and tin only?After a few weeks of use, does its surface get eroded and silver colour surface appear at the bottom?

Yes, we can make citric based foods in bronze utensils. But it is recommended to serve it to any other utensil immediately after cooking. It is not prefrerred to keep citric based food in bronze utensils for long time.
