This morning's high tide combined with huge waves from Tropical Storm Nicole causes erosion to begin and surge already pushing in due to high tides.

From high tower could you please look south. I Moved a year ago from a beautiful house that direction because I kept saying the place is going to go under water. Bad feeling.
I did see one photo from that direction 8 knew beach stairs have been uncovered. The beach is going fast. Heart breaking. The Sea turtles losing their nesting area as not safe to nest on Satellite beach.
Lived in IHB in the 90"s erosion was bad then

Just came back from a trip to fla. Sat thru nicole last week and it was no joke. Locals were saying it won't be that bad, you don't have to leave, its only a category 1, etc. The day after nicole the same locals we talked to said wow it was worse than we expected. Mother nature can be a bitch. We stayed next door to the oceana condo on A1A, the beach is gone and eroded up to that condos footings. However, this is still not stopping me from moving here in a few years
