COCOA BEACH, Florida - No swimming flags are out along the Atlantic Coast of Florida as a tropical wave forecast to move into the Gulf brings rough surf and a higher risk of rip currents.
Rescue personnel responded to a possible swimmer in distress around 2:30 eastern time in Cocoa Beach. According to witnesses, no one appeared to be suffering from major issues.

In Panama City Beach they arrest you after they have told you more than one time to stay out of the water!
