- Beryl Hits Texas | Tropical Storm Beryl Devastates Texas After Battering Caribbean, Kills Three
Storm Beryl killed at least three people in Texas, adding to the 11 already killed in the Caribbean and Mexico. Over 2.7 million homes and businesses lost power as the storm raged through the state. Highways were flooded, oil ports closed, and more than 1,300 flights were cancelled due to the severe weather. The National Hurricane Center warns of potential tornadoes in Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas. Beryl, having already caused significant damage in Jamaica, Grenada, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines, weakened before reaching Texas but still packed a powerful punch. The storm surge and heavy rain were particularly dangerous in the coastal town of Matagorda and Houston.

I believe in God's wrath as well , but every year, we have hurricanes, and Gods' children are everywhere on the earth, so I wouldn't judge because we could all be in a hurricane situation and the real test is when you are asked to help your fellow man in need .. Not judge and persecute from the safety of your warm , dry abode .
