How to Handle Missing Values for Likert Scale Data in SPSS

If the p-value is equal to or smaller than 0.05, does it mean I cannot fix the missing values with EM method? What can I handle with those missing data entry?

Based on my references and lecutres, it's best to use multiple imputation technique if the data is missing not at random way.
