    Hello sir... Myself Jyotika Saha, age 21 now n i am from assam. I am a student. Main last 1month se meditation kar rahi hoon, jisse main khud mein mentally, physically aur mere parsonality mein changeness dekh pa rahi hoon aur main bohot khush hoon ki main ab har roj khudko khush rakhne ki kausish karti hoon. Aur life mein ye bohot jaroori hai ki jab tak aap khud andar se khush nahi honge tab ap apne activities ya fir apne personality se logo ko to khush kar lenge lekin logo ko khush karne mein jo ak santi mahsoos hoti hai wo apko nahi milega....sabse pehle khud andar se khush hona bohot jaroori hai. Aur jiska ak tarika sir ne is video mein last point mein bola hai.

N now a days I wake up much before the alarm goz off..like 5.30 am is my alarm set in but I wake up by 5..ish. organically 😊🎉 me too love to b in my company. .n i do all trouble shooting n self introsprction. Self evolution. Self healing when i m sittung alone so i became kind of loner

    M bhi raat ko jaagkar padhai karne walon m se hu.
    Sath hi Music se mujhe bhi energy milti h. Music sunte hue kaam karna bahut aasan ho jata h.. Boring feel nahi hota.. Mood bhi fresh rahta h. Sath hi time consuming task bhi kab poore ho jate hain; pata nahi chalta..
    Apne aap se baat karne k liy bhi time nikal leti hu.
    Last but not the least 'Gratitude '.. Pichle pata nahi kitne saalon se 'Bhagwaan ka Shukr' ada karti aa rahi hu kisi na kisi baat k liy.. And IT ALWAYS WORKS.. Ruke hue kaam ban jate hain aur Mushkilein aasan ho jati hain..

    BY THE WAY I AM RETIRED. 75 AND HEALTHY
    1 On getting up one litre of warm lemon juice
    2 Ramdev breathing exercises
    3 one hour meditation Vipassana.
    4 45 minutes treadmill exercise.
    5 Eat healthy food
    6 Every day walk more than an hour especially in nature places parks rivers and mountains.
    7 Drink plenty of water
    8 Don't watch news or Tv but watch factual Documentaries.
    9 Read Well being books and my Favourite are OSHO BOOKS.
    10 Spend time with family and few Good Friends.
    11 Gratitude to Universe for all l already have
    12 Volunteering with children charities keeps me healthy and happy.
    The result is a happy healthy blissful life.

Mere life me bhi ek aisa waqt tha jab mai nirasha ki gahri khai me chala gya tha kuchh samajh nahi aa raha tha ki mai apni aane wali jindgi kaise jiunga padhai 8th me chhut gai koi sath khada najar nahi aa raha tha mere sare dosto se sampark chhut gya थ mai padhne me tej tha mai 3th class se lagatar 7th tak apne class ka moniter raha fir aakhir me jab mai 8th me gya to mere school ke 800 ladke ladkiya Or 14 teachers ne mera sawabhav Or padhai dekhkar mujhe school ke ground me bulaker fainly pure school ka PRIME MINISTER bana diya Or mujhe apna mantrimandal banane ki swatantrata de di mai apna kam achhe se karne laga mai bahat romanchit tha ki school ki gatibidhi me hone wali teachers charchao me samil kiya jata tha mai function ka aayojan karta tha bhasan deta tha sab thik chal raha tha mere teachers akshar kaha karte the tum per hame biswas hai tum bahat aage jaoge kuchh bada karna TUMHARI SAFALTA ME HAMARI SAFALTA CHHIPI HAI.
