Me subah 5:45 ko uthatu hun aur subah uthate hi ghar ka sara kam karna padta hai kyunki ghar me aur meri mummy rasoi banake job ke liye niklte hai Kam karte karte 8 baj jate hai aur 8 baje job pr niklte hi pure 1 hour ke bad job pr pahuchi hun ...9 to 5 ki job hai ..job se niklte 5:30 ho jate..ghar oahuchte 6:45 hai aur vapas ghar ka kam karte karte aur dinar karte ke bad 9:30 ho jata hai...time hi nahi ku6 mental aur physical health pe dhyan dene ka😢 Agar apke pass job karne valo ke liye ku6 achhe tips hai jise hum apni health pe dhyan de sakte hai to plz share kare🙏🙏
