It's the best game I've tried on Quest so far. That doesn't say much as the quality is generally low and most reviews are clearly fake (tons of 5 star reviews on 1 star games). But this one is genuinely good IMO. It's not perfect and could be improved a lot but it's fun and addictive even after the VR novelty wears off. I'd like to see them improve the level-up more so you can actually see the benefits of higher number weapons. Would be cool if armor was not just cosmetic and if it wasn't infinite lives which takes away the long-term challenge. I mean... after a bit you can have auto health refill and turn invisible when any tough baddies arrive. ..
Just select the multiplayer option from the menu and join game. Also when you’re in a solo game, you can go into the menu and change it from private room to public on the bottom
Question. My quest 3 hangs on loading game screen 9 out of 10 times. Tried everything. Anyone found a real solution? ( as all the ones on reedit havent worked.}
It keeps hanging on the loading game please wait screen. tried reloading, once in a while yes, but random. tried restarting headset, same. tried uninstall install same. tried different headset settings, nope. bought it a week ago for brother. His Pro has no issues with it. also tried reseting headset, nope. On duckduckgo searches reveal people who cant fix this issue on their Q3. Wont find on Edge or google search.@@MetaSukiya
Biggest biff I have with this game is random people joining, even when you pick Solo Game, have an empty friends list, and have no social media accounts!!
@@worken360 This WAS in a private room. Only happened the one time, but somehow some random guy found his way into my private session after I'd been playing for about an hour.
Had that happen the first time I made a multiplayer lobby with my friend. Some kid hopped in was way higher level than us and was insisting we do the most dangerous maps when we were still working on the controls. I found the privacy setting and he was booted. Should be a friends only option in the menu. Good luck.
Yeah it sucks, the game doesn't do a good job of describing it. You can hit enemies with it, but you're supposed to basically zap them then drop the staff and attack with regular weapons. Then when they die pick the staff back up and use it to collect the soul, zap a new target, then drop it and repeat the process. You can also zap multiple targets, drop the staff, kill them all, then go collect the souls all at once. It's also possible to have the staff in one hand and a weapon in the other, but the game's ridiculously unforgiving colission means you'll probably end up hitting yourself, or randomly throwing potions on the floor.
It will take me weeks to get any progress in this game, simply because i cant move anymore. I dont think ive ever had such sore muscles. I cant do more than a dungeon run or so per session. Even the damn tutorial dungeon brought me to a good sweat lol. Stay away from axe throwing gameplay guys, i cant move my right arm anymore. It doesnt help that i found a second axe yesterday, so i guess i can now simply throw twice as often, yay.
@@MetaSukiya True story, id love to play more, but i feel like my physical body is underlevelled. I need to up my stamina, and probably all the other stats.
Thank you for this video. I hope this is constructive as it is meant to be.... But, your choice of music and the volume is a distraction and takes away from the content. Sorry. I had to stop because of it. Anyway, thank you for the effort it must take to upload.
I felt the same way when I first got my headset but you just have to ease into it and get your sea legs, after that I pretty much never got motion sick again
@MetaSukiya wow the game is good but not that easy. Anybody thinking to buy, I recommend but you need some boundary. Otherwise you can hit your hand on the table while trying to kill that son of a (:
@@Slice-i6h Well, yeah, a $300 device is going to perform much differently than a VR-ready gaming rig that costs more than twice as much. But cheaper means more accessible to more people and the sales and popularity reflect that while simultaneously making your opinion irrelevant lol

You can change it from public room to private so you can play by yourself.

The soul harvest staff doesn’t do any damage.
Did you hit him in the head with it?
