    My necks been locked up in one side for about 4 years. I went to the Chiro and he helped me get it to where I can stretch it and avoid any pinched nerve. I used one of these for 3 days and my neck is free. Also freed up my upper hip lower back area.

    I'm 23 years old and I've had sciatica pain down my left leg since I was 17 because of sports and physical activities. Now since I was 19 I work and Blue Collar Job and lift all day. I got the Acemands Back strecher and in three days my pain is completely gone. It was definitely a little painful when I first did it but slowly got easier and easier. Back is still a little sore but it gets better everyday. I haven't felt this good in along time and it's amazing. If your considering getting one do it, its only $20 and I feel great. It's worth a shot.

    11:59 I have had extremely lower back pain for over 3 months. I have been in the emergency room 3 times it started with a kidney infection and I was treated and my lower part of my back kept me from doing anything…. I am a pastors wife and I couldn’t even go to church because my back hurts so bad . I was informed that my bladder was not emptying from the first CAT scan that I had so I was informed to go to a urologist. It took me about three weeks to get to see an urologist during that time I was in a lot of pain. Spent days in the bed. I then had a catheter put in and was told I had to wear it for 4 weeks … I cried the first week solid… I went back to the emergency room two more trips …I called and begged them to get me in a week earlier if there was a cancellation and they did that was today. They did several test and an ultrasound ,did a scope and could see nothing wrong inside at all wrong. He suggested that I see a
    back doctor because it might be a pinched nerve and it is causing some problems with my bladder . And another nightmare I have to use a catheter four times a day to empty my bladder…. I did a lot of praying on the way home. I remembered having the back magic thing and thought I will try that I don’t know what else to do it’s a holiday so I’ve got to wait to get into see another doctor. I came home and found it and did it but of course I did it wrong and the Lord blessed me to Google and there you were explaining the right way how to do it I praise God for you and I will try to keep you informed to let you know if this helps me. I just feel like the Lord open the door for me to see this video to help me to know what to do may God bless you for the time that you have taken to explain the right and wrong way to use it. I have subscribed.and look forward to seeing more of your videos. And I will try to keep you informed. May God bless you 😊with Christian love, thank you Sherry.

    Hi nice video and very well explained. I have a question I had surgery on the lower back L5 S1 47 years ago and I am now a carrier of a neurostimulator for my lower back place l5 s1 there is also an electrode on my lower back, now my question is can I also use a back extensor? I still suffer from sciatica in my lower back. Greetings from Billy from Belgium

    • @BackInShapeProgram
      @BackInShapeProgram  ปีที่แล้ว

      Sorry to hear about the neurostimulator Billy. we've had a couple of patients with those over the years and i would suggest to do so with caution, perhaps having a conversation with your surgeon to be double sure. Fundamentally if you would be happy adopting that position then it would be likely that it would be ok, and if you would feel nervous about that position (thinking about the wires) then do not. But the best option is to double check with your physician and/or the team that install the neurostimulators.

      fundamentally alongside a good rehabilitation program it would be a good counter for the rounding that we put on our backs on a daily basis. To be honest though I'd say you're best of starting out with a towel before spending the money on the stretcher :) check out the video on the homepage of our youtube channel - that routine is a good starting place :)

    I really have a bad posture and cannot arch my back fully. Im a doctor but never actually have my back properly examined by an expert. Is it normal to actually have a progressive pain in the lower back when i do the stretch? Will it go away slowly as i routinely stretch? Also since my back cannot arch fully i really put my weight on the upper back and neck and it doesnt feel nice, so i put a pillow under my neck. Appreciate all your help in the video 👐

      There's quite a lot there, but we would say work on using a smaller rolled towel instead - it is normal for people to experience some discomfort especially if you've had back issues for a while

    • @BackInShapeProgram
      @BackInShapeProgram  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      To be honest, i think it's a little extreme for the upper/mid back, for anyone that's stiff in this region seeing images of hyperflexible gymnasts folding back over it is just unrealistic. You can use a smaller rolled towel there but working on your posture is going to be a necessary option as well - this video might well be helpful: th-cam.com/video/5KlfeFeXjHo/w-d-xo.html

    Extremely helpful piece of advise and real world demonstration made all the difference..I was so frustrated with my L5/S1 ddd and pain and no real help..I was able to do very small cracksound with pelvic tilt but after watching your video today and only thing I had in house was a bathroom drain pipe 10.5 cm diameter (1mtr long) on immediate basis...I put in under my L5/S1 and nothing happened but then I rolled a bit and audible crack sound..woohoo what a relief..:-)
    Question now is how often I shall crack my back? Twice daily?? Bec Dr say that nucleus pulposis absorb water in the night when we lay-down for sleep...so definitely want to do it before sleep time and also wanna do it after i come from a walk (this is when I usually get too much of pain)..

    • @BackInShapeProgram
      @BackInShapeProgram  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      thank you for the kind comment. If you are still struggling with the back pain then you really want to be working on proper rehabilitation exercises (you can visit our website for more information: backinshapeprogram.com ) The clicking of your own back isn't a major issue (however done repeatedly and incorrectly this can be unwise) but more importantly, the clicking isn't really doing anything to solve the underlying issue - you're generally just releasing the facet joints to get the pop sound.
      I do hope that helps!

    It is a little confusing to call it wrong position, then preface IF you have lower back pain only. For those using to improve back/spine mobility and unload spine I assume a little higher position or even moving from lower to mid back would be ideal?

    • @BackInShapeProgram
      @BackInShapeProgram  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think it is fundamentally only really a useful tool for low back - granted some might find they like to use it for mid back but the thoracic spine will not mould to that shape on account of the ribs to say the least.

  • @AMG_equestrian
    @AMG_equestrian ปีที่แล้ว +1

    What if you have thoracic spine issues? How/where would you place such device? 😊

    • @BackInShapeProgram
      @BackInShapeProgram  ปีที่แล้ว +1
