I think that when Paris calls herself a scientist, it’s in the same way that someone who gets interested in cooking might say “I’m like a chef now”. They don’t mean that they’ve literally gone to culinary school and have any kind of qualification, just that they’re having fun learning something new that makes them feel like a professional.

Oxygen that we breathe isn't a free radical (O2 paired with itself doesn't have an unpaired electron), it's oxygen (just O) by itself that's the free radical, called reactive oxygen species. It happens when our mitochondria perform aerobic metabolism. Your body counteracts this oxidative stress by producing glutathione which is an antioxidant.

I then found out I was allergic to hard water and the rash came back when I couldn’t afford any more light treatment. I saved up and got the CurrentBody at home mask and have been using it to help calm my skin. Whilst it’s not the same quality as what I would get from the derm, it’s still helped a heck of a lot and gives me comfort that I can use it when I need it and not worry as much now about going out with an inflamed, red face. Would love love love you to do an episode on LED light therapy to learn more!
