Hello, nice video ! It is going to be very useful when I start working on my new 1979 TS125ER (pretty much the same as this one !) Some stuff are probably questionnable but mostly a question of taste and your teaching is real good common sense. I just can't figure why you had to replace the whole carb in the end : what was so badly damaged you can't save it ?
Hey Cool video! I also have a TS 125 (1972) It’s WAY too loud… Even with the baffle installed It has the “diagonal” exhaust (not the exhaust you have on the blue bike) I believe it’s called the “motor cross edition exhaust” By any chance, do you know if the exhaust you have on that blue 125, will fit on the 125 I have?
Float needles are under pressure moving in and out of the seat over time it wears a Grove and in some cases needle wears the seat oval and cases it to leak bad gas or even sitting for long periods of time with fuel in the carb can damage it
Thanks for a new video kevin I've been bored for a while now.
sorry Larry weather here has been crazy but i have a lot of videos coming your way
@@2strokeguru Great!!! Looking forward
Always like your vlog… explain everything and tips
Thank you I appreciate that
FYI, the plug at 18:15 is not for vacuum. It is an inspection window used to sync the oil pump with carb slide position.
Yes you correct I have always by habit called it a vaccum plug

Why do float needles fail...boggles my mind😨😅
