    Every manager makes the mistake of a total comm failure (I'm a fast and direct talker so tended to gloss over details). Such an important point Mak!

    I loved this. Learned alot! I have to coach Peer to peer communication within my team. I am not sure how to coach that.. when I need help with that myself 😅

      @@makeda.andrews I am so grateful TH-cam suggested one of your videos a few months ago. Over the last few months of transitioning into a leadership position within my department at work, your content has helped me so much with understanding the changes I had to make within myself before even diving into lead a team. 7 months in I am leading a group of 12 in the states as well as leading 2 off shore BPO's. This has been a wild ride so far and I am super excited to see what's to come! Again, Thank you for everything you are doing, you are impacting so many lives with your content :)
