Vivian Balakrishnan was a former National Junior College Debate Championship participant. What kind of debate is that when the opposition was given less than 2 minutes and Vivian was given more than 4 minutes. The debate also wants to cheat.

We need a united people to solve challenges ahead be it opposition or incumbent political leaders. No one has a monopoly on ideas. We certainly do not want vested interests and unreasonable fixing of each other personality. We want issues to be addressed unbiasedly. Get the job done instead of dancing to your master's drumbeat.

Frankly u dun see the white spending so much time with the ppl..they basically just walk around, give u the pamphlets and move on..while wp is sincerely engaging with the ppl and u see the ppl coming to them like long time friends..something that cant be fake as it need time to build that kind of bond.. go WP!!
I'm so disappointed you guys didn't send representative to the Chinese debate yesterday and give excuses that your people's mandarin is not good enough.... Mr Lee Kuan Yew bravely spoke in Hokkien and Mandarin despite not being well versed in both dialect/language and delivered his message and got laughed at by kids the first time he tried... The worker's party just showed me that you don't try hard enough for Singaporeans and face saving is more important!
