Yes, but the mix knob makes a huge difference. I owned a Digitech Bass Synth Wah, but it always led to a massive spike in volume and no way to control that. The Mix knob makes this pedal a lot more controllable. Paired with a fuzz, you can get very close to a Hysteria bass tone.
Digitech start doing things I liked with the Hardwire line. I was wondering why they discontinued the Hardwire line. Looks like they wanted to go the "faux" boutique pedal way. And they are doing a decent job imo.

Jaydn Turley Really? You sure they don't watch someone jam with one and then cut and paste it into a groovy Daft Punk tune? I dug what they were doing in the late 90s and early 2000s. The band Air is what you should check out if you never have. Daft Punk got many ideas from what those guys were doing with a blend of actual instruments mixed with 90s electro recording techniques.

That looks like A LOT of fun. Plus it still keeps a guitar vibe, so I doubt I'll ever be thinking "Why don't I just use my keyboard?!". I need one of these now, lol

daft punk´s made this sound using Korgs Prophet synth´s ... I think that digitech loved that they use Digitech Talker as their signature vocolder
