The package libdouble-conversion1 is outdated, so it would be better to install the newer libdouble-conversion3 unless the older version is explicitly required. Installing libdouble-conversion3_3.1.7-4_amd64.deb instead of libdouble-conversion1_3.1.0-3_amd64.deb will bring important updates and improvements. The newer package is available in the Ubuntu repos, & provides enhanced functionality and better integration with current systems. In contrast, the older package which is part of Debian Buster (oldoldstable), may not receive updates or support.
