Great find on your property! I’m thinking those holes that you called windows are actually where the support beams would go for the 2nd floor of that house. And those beams/carved wood that you found are what’s left of those beams. What do you think?

You definitely could rebuild that little house up and make it another space for future guests to rent out from you. For the ultimate off grid experience. You already have a vintage kitchen!! The progress you made is unbelievable! How exciting to find the old stone house a bread oven. Here is a thought to show us where you are taking us on the property. You know when you go skiing the ski resort map with color coded runs. You could hand draw some kind of map of your property showing the main trails color coded for the pine forest, the eucalyptus forest, the orchards, etc… and then you coud show us where about you are taking us on each video! Theo have you ever heard of a forest mulcher trust me if you've seen that in action you would ask Santa for one (Some are an attachment for a bobcat and maybe tractor not sure)
Can you image building that stone house back when it was built….with the tools available…. Clearing the forest, getting building materials up there etc etc… People today are spoiled and soft.

This is a mulching blade it’s mulching it. Depending how much you want it mulched you can keep going, I just needed to get a path through for now 🙏☺️
