@Arthurhauled thanks man! I already have enough misfortune that happens in my life. I gotta do better at finding the positive in them or I'll end up being consumed with it.
@ogt92fromthe1step9 and thank you for sharing that information! I also put some convoluted tubing on one of the spark plug wires when my son and I was done there earlier changing the oil. I remember you saying sometimes the engine block sharp edges may chaff the wires.
I use the heat resistant header wrap stuff and I haven't burned any plug wires since I did that. Also it keeps the temperature down under the hood. My headers are usually glowing red hot when I'm done with burnouts.
@roughneck2204 I understand how you feel. You can still get headers. You just need to route your spark plug wires correctly to prevent this f4om happening. I'm gonna correct the issue and you'll see how great it is when I post the update video. Stay tuned!✊🏾✊🏾
@@WorkingwithBobby I was going to go the header route on my 96. Between finding ones that work on a k1500, spark plug wires, and apparently header warping. I stumbled on the manifolds from Holley. Not a bad price, more flow, stock look, and function. I hope those headers work out. What size exhaust are you running? I’m doing the whole exhaust, when I get them. I haven’t found any definitive information on what size to run. I’ve seen some 2.5-3.5 in. I was thinking of landing on 3 for additional power with a rebuild.
@roughneck2204 I understand. Long tube's don't fit K series trucks well but, there are some options out there. I would try either shorty headers or mid length headers. Header wrap does work but, my next video will have the answer for what happened in this one. I would go with 3 in pipe. I have 2.5 now and am planning to upgrade this year.
Love the positive attitude!

Just wanted to say what up Bobby 😉
Just here for the support 💪
@ogt92fromthe1step9 what's up dude! Thank you! Did you enjoy the video?
@@WorkingwithBobby yeah brother. Just trying to be humble lol you asked who mentioned the wiring. I just wanted to say hello lol

@@WorkingwithBobby good stuff brother! Meanwhile I'm on the YouLube trying to learn how to tune my MSD LS box. We are all learning brother 🤟
@ogt92fromthe1step9 yes sir! Everyday. I hope you get it figured out.✊🏾✊🏾

@@thehulkamaniabrother2.089 I might try some of that header wrap one day. Is it hard to install if the headers are already on ?
Reasons I’m about to buy Holley manifolds instead of headers
