Man, watching the past videos is so weird. Chisora ended up giving Usyk more trouble than AJ did.
I want chisora to win, but usyk is so clever he's got a serious game plan, and this fight if he wins sets him up for serious heavyweight money fights

Did you not watch Aj vs fury 2 ?
He did for one round, I think the 6th or 7th when he was walking clockwise direction of Ruiz southpaw style and picking him off nicely. He could have easily knocked him out on that particular round. But this was the only round where AJ was most impressive and effective.
The other 10 rounds of AJ vs Ruiz 2 was sh*t. Ruiz was also at fault for not closing the distance like he had done in the first fight.

Wallin hurt Fury who is C class. If Cunningham, Wilder, and Wallin all hurt Fury then AJ's got a good chance of doing the same and is better at trading than Wilder. He also dropped Klitschko 4 times when Fury didn't drop him once.
@Sim Curtis Ruiz is B+ class. Fastest hand and best chin in the division. AJ is A-. AJ had a last minute replacement fight and already prepped for Miller. Couldnt lose all the weight in time and had off pad work. Still almost won.
Fury struggled vs Wallin who Ruiz would kO a d AJ beat twice in then ameteurs. Fury looked bad vs d class Pianeta and McDermott. So by your logic Fury was a bum too. And AJ has always been a top 3 heavyweight. You want even be a top 15 heavyweight and be a "bum".
So by your logic its a whole division full of bums. But if everyone is a bum then the term becomes meaningless.

Honestly bud depends on your weight class too.
Heavyweights get away with it like Wilder because the boxing ability isn't generally that high at Heavyweight or super Heavyweight.
If you are turning pro as a lightweight or a middleweight though..... That will be a tall order to be very honest.
If however you want to be a professional journeyman who fights lots of 4 and 6 rounders, 20 is not too late. They actually make decent bank because in normal times they fight fairly regularly.

AJ has talant but we will never see how good he could have been had he had a good trainer like Steward or Eddie Futch. His biggest victorys were over a old Wlad, the fattest Champ in history who prepared for their rematch by getting even fatter. And Dillian Whyte who was clearly not on his level as a fighter. What does that say? That a great boxer would/should be wanting to fight the best

AJ and Chisora are well known mates, if Chisora managed to beat Usyk, Chisora would become mandatory to fight AJ which would be interesting. As much as I love Chisora though, I can't see him beating Usyk... Usyk is slick, I think Chisora will win early rounds trying to pressure Usyk constantly, but he will gas and then Usyk will dominate.

Where has this myth come from about Dereck having power? He has the KO over Takam but other than that he was never even known as a puncher in the division.
He has decent power but it comes from his combinations. He doesn't have that one hitter quitter other Heavyweights have had.

Chisora is about 3 stone heavier than Usyk so one punch ending the fight is possible, those over head heavy punches with Usyk at the perfect height.
He ko'd spilizka better and quicker than wilder. Takam proved tricky for AJ and the stoppage was probably premature chisora flatlined him outrightly. Usyk is the favorite but if chisora tags usyk clean it'll be lights out.
@@ayoade8425 different styles and all after other guys had blasted Takam/Szpilka out. I even gave him the Takam KO, but it’s a fact that Chisora has never been rated as a puncher by anyone until this fight.

I reckon Usyk is too talented and Chisora has come in too heavy. The only place I see Del boy having an advantage is in power and in the clinch, and he won't be able to capitalise on either.

@Big Liar That won't happen. Usyk will be able to get in and out and pick him off from the outside. Chisora is too fat and slow. If the only tools you have are being heavy and having a good overhand right you're screwed. It's not like he hasn't been beaten by a cruiserweight in the past.

Besides it''s a totally unfair comparison as Dilian and Takam are both fairly flat footed fighters with no where close to Usyk's movement or angles. Usyk may lack the heavyweight power, but he's very precise and if he hits Chisora enough times on the button I can see a knockout happening. Chisora does have a granite chin though so I would bet on a decisions victory but a knockout isn't out of the picture.
