Walking ad campaign has the best resume in the divison and is the main reason anyone watches heavyweight, he brought attention to the divison when no one cared and had moved on. I also believe the 15 losses were very early on in his amateur career, which certainly suggests he learned the important lessons and made the necessary adjustments.
It's not just the number of fights, but he is a European, World and Olympic champion, then he became an undisputed cruiserweight champion and a unified heavyweight champion in a record minimum number of fights.
